My go to clothing store in Middletown. Organized and clean and their staff are always friendly. I love that they don’t move sections too much. Makes finding things much easier. Love that kohl’s cash!

So let me tell u about “Scott”…

I recently had surgery which has prevented me from walking unless I’m on crutches. Since I didn’t see any wheelchairs or carts for someone in my position, I dreaded having to walk thru a department store as big as Kohls for this reason- but I had to pick up an online order and make an Amazon return. As I was struggling to make my way thru the store, I had several Kohls associates to greet and walk around me. Finally I made it to the back, customer service. I’m standing in line, waiting on my turn when Scott approached me in the most friendly and helpful way and acknowledged that I was on crutches and expressed his concern for me walking around so much. He took the initiative to ask me if he could help me. He asked what I needed. When I told him what I was looking for, he asked me to wait where I was and he’d get my online order and then helped me with my Amazon return. The other associates walking around me was not at all an issue since that’s what I’d expected to do. They were friendly, they were working- they did nothing wrong at all but what I didn’t expect was the assistance that Scott voluntarily offered. The world and Kohls could certainly use many more Scott’s. I’ve never done much shopping at Kohls, maybe a few one offs here and there but I’m writing this review to make it known I’ll be visiting and shopping at Kohls more often. Scott changed my mind about Kohls. It was the concern he showed and assistance he went above and beyond to offer me. I hope he get all of the recognition he’s in search of. He is a great representation of your company and he have left a positive impression upon me with the way he treated me. It’s the above and beyond that’s needed with these face-to-face, in person interactions. My visit took place on 11/06 and here it is, 11/15… 9 days later and I’m still impressed and touched by my experience with Scott. So much that I just had to settle myself down to give this review. I just couldn’t and wouldn’t forget to share my experience

Great work by Lola the Lady who checked me out. She is a great asset to Kohls by here friendly greeting and smile.

I enjoy shopping at Khol's. The store is always neat and well lite. The apparel organized and reasonably priced. With little time today, I was able to quickly find what I needed and it was on sale! Nice!!

I love that the item I was looking for was available in the Store and I did not have to order it online.

I rarely write reviews but I just had to shoutout the wonderful staff at this location. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. It seems small but these days many stores don’t greet customers anymore. It’s sad. But this staff went above and beyond with assisting me and even searched high and low for a sheet set that I saw online. They helped me find the best pillows for my back pain and even offered me a wheelchair to sit since I was clearly showing signs of struggling. So many times people dismiss the needs of the customer and say “oh, if it’s not on the shelf then we don’t have it.” But not here. The woman did everything to find that UGG sheet set that I had been wanting. There was only one in stock and she found out!!! Not only that, the manager helped carry my bags to my car. I cannot praise this location enough. EXCELLENT customer service, pleasant attitudes, and patience… even with a store/line full of shoppers, they gave me legendary service. I don’t often go in stores anymore because of my disability but HERE is where I will be shopping from now on. Thanks so much for your help guys. You made my day! :)

Great place to go if you are looking for clothing with a budget. Their multiple clearance sales in addition to any other coupons/kohls cash you have basically means you pay next to nothing for a set of tshirt and shorts.

Nice clean store with excellent selections. Often you can catch a good sale. Teenage granddaughters love the Sephora section in this store.

Used Kohl's for Amazon return. And purchased garments for myself and my wife. Friendly, fast and efficient. Best selection of Sketchers anywhere.

Cashier's are very pleasant and I had the pleasure of asking one if the employees in the store, where are Men's wallet located. Not only did the employee stop what she was doing and walked me to the correct aisle to show me where they were located. Great customer service.

Staff is always super helpful which isn't common nowadays. While the sales are bogus, it's still not expensive and is local.
