I hate leaving negative reviews but yesterday at 6pm, I went in to get gas and some snacks to find they are closed. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Never open!

It’s time to sell to a company that would cater to the town and warehouse workers and upgrade all of their equipment. How long has that blank screen issue been going on? Geez.

Buisness hours updated 2 weeks ago. Yet it's 5pm on a Saturday and they're supposed to be open until 7pm and the pumps are off and they are closed. Please sell out to another company already.

This gas station is a complete joke lol. They open and close whenever they feel like. Card readers never work. The owner should seriously sell because this town deserves better than what they have to offer, which is basically nothing.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The Manager needs to get a new profession, customer service is not for her at all. She is rude and condescending every single time I have seen her in there to other customers. Today, I walked in and forgot me face covering. No problem, a simple reminder would have sufficed, but not from this horrible person. Her response, "you can't be in here". Needless to say I will not be back and I will be contacting their corporate office as well as the BBB.

Never has a working card reader, also can never pay inside for gas

Staff is also rude especially the manager lady, other then the old man, he's nice and definitely knows what he's doing

Went in Saturday 02/02/20 . I grabbed a chocolate milk from the cooler . The cashier told me she could not sell it to me due to it not being " in the system " for a price. There is ALWAYS some issue with this store and the one in Manhattan. Something is always empty , broken down , unavailable. Maybe the Elwood manager should get off of her ponderous posterior and take care of the numerous issues in that store .

If I could give no stars I would .there was a problem using my company car at the pump then they couldn't take the payment in store .I desplayed my frustration and asked for help from one of the two attendents working look up definition of the word they both told me they could not help me I explained that I had no gas to drive my work van to and that I was relying on the only gas station in town and that I've been down with my personal car and this problem has been going on for over A year there and if they would do something about it or at least tell the owner the problem would likely be fixed but they seem not to no at all how to do there jobs down there .so I demanded to speak with corp or a manager and was lady at then I said to get someone on the phone now so she called manager and to make matters worse manager says to attending tell him to call me in the morning at the store .I said I leave for work at five a.m. since your workers are incapable to do there jobs that I thought it would be appropriate for her to come in and assign me then this is what I left with the manager laughing at me over the phone and the lady's behind the counter laughing as well if I was everybody I would stop going to this gas station use one next town over on way home from work until this place closes and a better gas station takes its place with more intelligent workers ........

All the warehouses in that town and they open at 7. Pumps are shut off as well. Employees are rude. Worst gas station in Illinois

This BP is pretty rundown, dumpy and very small. It's obvious it's been a gas station for a long time and could really use a facelift or to be completely remodeled adding additional space inside.

Susan harrassed me for wearing a mask today. Very rude and aggressive. Poor workplace moral.

I would really like information updated when they are closed tried to get coffee this morning only place that said open I drove out of my way to get there just for it to be closed if updated would be better

Staff is terrible. The only good person is the older man that works there. Hes very nice.

Rude and ignorant. was told i had to wear a face mask to enter when 3 days prior i was there and had no mask. Will not be using this station agai .

They worst gas station ever..with they worst workers..
