The UPS Store

I went to this store with my first Depop sale and they were amazing with helping ship my item! The customer service was amazing! The gentleman who works the front needs a free lunch!!

Everyone here is always so helpful. I’m not an easy customer; I always have a ton of packages that need to go, never have anything printed and half the time I discover that the return labels are for the USPS. These guys always help me with a smile. Additionally, the USPS has lost some really important packages and it never gets resolved let alone addressed politely. UPS gets it done and I know I can rely on them.

The team at this store has it down!!! There was a line that was more than 10 people deep and the team was fast, efficient, and friendly. I was there maybe 10 min. Don’t let the line fool you, this is a fast store!!

I was returning 2 large heavier boxes. I went inside to see if I could leave them in the lobby before bringing them in. I went to get the boxes and was surprised by the agent working there to show up behind me saying she would be happy to help me get them in the store and shipped.

Convenient, great customer service, good value

Lakeside Pottery is a ceramic and pottery studio who also provide art restoration heavily reliant on UPS shipping to all states in the US and Canada. We ship product and restored objects almost every day using the Rehoboth Beach UPS location. We also have a UPS mail box where packages arrive to us almost daily. The level of professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and the desire to be helpful exhibited by the owners and staff is exceptional which makes this (shipping) part of the business operates flawlessly. This is a one stop shop to get all your needs done from sending care packages to loved ones or taking care of business affairs out of state. They do it all. Once you become a local you will never go back to anyone else.
