Krista went above and beyond, helping me find an outfit for an event. Made my shopping experience so much easier. This was at the Chico's on 73 in Marlton.

Great shop to buy women's clothing but, I suggest that you wait for a sale. If they don't have your size, they will order it and ship it directly to you, free frieght.

Nice shop with standard offerings for chico's. It was a bit on the small side. The staff was friendly and not pushy, which I appreciate.

I was disappointed in the service. Will be going to a different Chico's. Manager was miserable and unwilling to search my passport acct for receipt. What is the point of the account anyway. I didn't make a fuss but will not be shopping there. I can go to one on rt 38 or mall. I
Without customer service what else is there. People can shop anywhere!!!!

Customer service? Forget about it. Non existent. Don’t waste your time and money on this place! Walmart has better customer service! I tried to send a gift card to a close friend and they screwed up the address several times. I have no idea where my card went! In outer space for all I know! And they don’t respond after waiting on hold ONE hour first call;55 min second call. FED UP!!!!!

Went there to get a gift certificate and waited 10 minutes and the clerk said she still was on hold so I walked out.
