T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

This year I have been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years. Yes 20 years. When this store opened close to my house I was very excited for the convenience. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Not only were they very courteous and friendly but they were also very knowledgeable and if they didn't know the answer, they would get one.

Went in to get my wife a new phone for her birthday, Mike and the other gentleman (didn't get his name) were very nice and helpful. They were honest and helped her pick out and set up a new phone. They took their time and explained everything to her understanding. Price was cheaper than I expected it to be.

The Manager, Mario, was super helpful and knowledgeable! Awesome staff and had a cute, clean store! Would highly recommend for all your cellphone and internet needs!

Destiny, Cheyenne, Summer and Airwrecha were super nice and delightful. They were able to take care of all my needs for my phone and watch. Thanks for doing a great job. Wonderful customer service, very friendly.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Hands down, this was the most fantastic experience I have ever had with T-Mobile. Sommer and "X" were such a phenomenal help. They helped me get a new SIM card for my new iPhone 12, and they were so knowledgeable and willing to help me out in every way possible. The customer service was the best I have received anywhere in a very long time! I was so glad that I decided to stop in today! I was so pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff! I would recommend this T-Mobile location to anyone who values truly amazing customer service! Sommer and "X" went above and beyond to help me in every way they could! They were professional and over all a very refreshing pleasure to be around! Going forward, I will be making the half hour drive to go to this location instead of closer ones! They were fantastic! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!

Stopped into this store today to switch my service from Verizon over to T-Mobile. My rep was Lauren and she was amazing! She helped make me and my sisters switch from Verizon over to T-Mobile as painless and smooth as possible. I will definitely be visiting this store and Lauren for all my future needs.

Amazing store. Lauren is entertaining and an incredible multi tasker. She's sharp and I enjoy going in there. Thanks T-Mobile :) and Lauren.

Just switched phones and couldn't be happier about it. Lauren was helpful as usual. Macie the newest employee was very helpful as well! She seems to be able to hold her own. Hard worker and wants to see everyone leave with a smile. I look forward to my next visit!

Unbelievable service. 20 stars! Lauren is outstanding! She took care of myself and about 10 other customers at the same time. Fixed all my issues and got me out with a great bundle. She's a hottgal and so professional. Next time in in town I will be back to see her. Much love and respect!

Summer was very helpful and patient with a positive attitude, helped migrate a Verizon account over easily and walked us through every step.

This is by far my favorite T-Mobile location! Lauren is the best! She makes sure her customers are well taken care of by her store, as well as by T-Mobile itself. She is professional, efficient, and makes you feel like family.

I had a awesome exp there and am happy I went there and switched carriers! Lauren was great and answered all my questions and set my mind at ease ! Always a delight coming into the Pennsville location as the woman working there is not only stunning, but caring and sharp. Store plays great music. Wonderful fun atmosphere. Lauren is the queen of multitasking and although the store seems to only have her on staff lately, (as I haven't seen the young man who appeared stoned and/or of severe special needs), Miss L goes beyond to be helpful in my opinion. Lauren is that bouncy blonde bombshell with bright green eyes who makes my day every time I visit. Unlike that young dude with the glassy stare in his eyes. I recommend only seeing her there for all your T-Mobile needs. Huge thanks to Lauren for all your help.

Switched to T-Mobile and was greeted by Lauren. Best decision I ever made. Fast. Efficient. Professional. So pretty. I recommend going here to see her because I know I’ll be back! Excellent plans but better service. 5 starts is just not enough!!!!

Did an insurance phone transfer tonight. Juanita was 5/5. While helping me she acknowledge every customer who walked in the store. Thanked everyone for their patience, at no point did her or her coworker every ignore a customer. She was a tremendous help with me navigating my phone, made sure all my photos transfered before deleting my old phone. Definitely the Tmobile store for me!

Lauren was phenominal! Go see her if you want a great deal with new cell phones and unbeatable service. I left Verizon after 14 years and I don't regret it. Lauren was great and very good at multitasking.

Lauren was exceptional I would recommend her and her store to anyone and everyone. I truly felt like family. I truly loved the whole experience from the time I walked in till the time I left. She is truly amazing and knows her stuff.

Had a horrible experience with straight talk and my husbands cell phone so we decided to check out tmobile. We walked in and were greeted by Lauren who is an absolute sweetheart. Even when people kept coming and coming she juggled everything perfectly and was still super nice. I can not wait to go back to get my phone, I'll just make sure Lauren is working first.
