Stopped at Walgreens on Vernon in Edina today to buy my valentines. Thanks to Cedric for his great customer service. Best ever !

I visited Walgreens in Edina, Vernon Avenue, for a prescription at the drive through. As usual Lorenzo did a great job in providing timely, accurate service.

This walgreens has always been very helpful! They call when it's time for a refill and are very helpful in filling all of my family's medications. Lorenzo has gone above and beyond helping me multiple times to figure out prescriptions. 5 stars for the pharmacy.

I want to praise highly the superb service that Kathy Cashman provides at Walgreens on Vernon Ave. in Edina, MN. She works in the Cosmetics area and is the most knowledgeable and helpful of anyone that I have ever encountered in any cosmetics area. Always so welcoming, friendly and a delight to work with.

After consistently terrible service at Inver Grove Heights Walgreens I decided to transfer my prescriptions to Edina . Brenda at the pharmacy was so helpful and went above and beyond to provide great service. It’s a relief to get the medication that I depend on without a lot of hassle!!

Lorenzo is really awesome! I have been going to this pharmacy for years and he is extremely kind and helpful. I appreciate his work so much!

Hate to see so many scathing reviews on here surrounding peoples experiences during COVID…

You could go into any retailer and choose to complain about an employee who has their mask on incorrectly, and you chose Walgreens. Pitiful.

In the words of a former employer, we are all figuring this out as we go, and we are all doing our best. Well, some of us, anyways…

The people who work at Walgreens on Vernon in Edina serve a very overly-entitled community, and are constantly busy, both in-store and out, with their drive thru pharmacy services….

I would suggest to all of the Karen’s in Edina, to try the drive thru if they are so concerned with what’s going on inside.

You can buy overpriced convenient store make up at CVS or hundreds of other retailers, your business will not be missed at Walgreens on Vernon, and I hope the ADA gets as good of a chuckle as I did while reading a 1 star review from an anti masker.

This has been my pharmacy for years, they have to deal with me twice a month, sometimes even more frequently than that, and the entire staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly, consistently, in their customer service and dedication to their community.

These people are at such a greater risk and are so essential to the community they serve, it’s a SHAME none of you acknowledge that.

5 stars, every time.

They even give me a dog treat at the drive thru pharmacy for my 13 year old cocker spaniel, and it makes my days so bright.

This Walgreens is the newest of any in the area. It is clean, organized, and help is available even if you have to wait a few minutes. The pharmacy is well stocked and staffed w/ people who are knowledgeable, polite, patient and willing to help. If you need help w/ something that the salesperson/pharmacist does not know, they are honest/ up front and willing to find someone who has the answer. The store is always clean and bright and emits a feeling of being safe.

Rusty & crew outstanding...my usual Walgreen's photo kiosk Out of Order and manager recommended Rusty for excellent help. She was right....he helped me to craft a Grad announcement. Great mix of service and professionalism, yet very personable.

I lost my receipt so I'm unsure how to write a review so she will get credit.. but she deserves some major credit! KATHY at this location helped me the day before my brothers wedding. I needed some make up sponges but there just weren't enough in the store. They're GREAT for brides/bridal parties because when you're crying, the sponge absorbs the tear.. then you can use the other side to re-blend your make up! AMAZING! Well I told her about this and why I needed them and she went to the back and found extras! Lifesaver! Thanks Kathy!!

This is the best Walgreens around. The staff are super nice and helpful!
