We brought our van back to Minnesota to have a few upgrades installed into their original build. It was our first big road trip. Van worked flawlessly! They installed a new Flatline rack and ladder. Also had some new Rolef custom bug screens put in. If you look closely, they installed some small stackedwood inserts inside the rear doors. That was just something they wanted to do we didn't even request it. These guys are awesome!

We are getting our 2022 Dodge Ram Promaster converted here by Eric, Jared and the team.

We spent an entire day and a half going over all of the layouts, appliances, construction materials from top to bottom, inside and outside.

Eric brings an enthusiasm to the process of Van retrofitting.

You can tell that for Eric, this is an art form, not just a job.

We dropped the van off at the end of July and are hoping to have it done by Halloween.

We drove up from South Florida in three days and flew out at O’dark 0:30 on a Tuesday morning…

BUT, the flight was delayed and Eric was flexible enough to re-adjust his schedule and take us to the airport in the middle of the day and drop us off.

Can’t wait to see the finished product!

A review well deserved and long overdue. Erik and his team custom converted our Ford Transit 350 High Roof Extended Van with full shower. We’ve been moseying around for over a year now; just enjoying life in our tiny home on wheels. But before this, we once determined we were in the market to hire a Van conversion company and off we went to begin research. Countless hours of YouTube later (y’all know what I mean) and we started to figure out what we liked/wanted and what we didn’t. We were drawn to Narrow Roads after being impressed with the style of work we had seen done in the other videos. And the work they did on our Van did not disappoint.

From the beginning, working with the Narrow Roads team was great. Erik was able to help us shape our raw vision into the reality of a Van build while interjecting his own ideas and respecting ours. When we had abstract ideas he was able to engineer them to work and when we had requests for things that were new to him, he adapted, incorporated and expanded his repertoire.

One of our favorite aspects about working with Erik is his sensibility to engineering systems that are highly functional but simple enough to be durable and of quality. His conversions feel built to last without unnecessary bells and whistles. We aligned with this philosophy and it helped shape our conversion. We’ve seen more over-the-top rigs out there but Narrow Roads hit our sweet spot.

Now, having been long rooted home owners, we wanted it to be a pleasing space. It has to feel good to be inside it. Erik was able to source just the right items to bring together the look we wanted while continuing to prioritize functionality and versatility. Even pulling off some tricks that we’ll probably be the only ones who notice, but hey, it’s our Home and that’s why he’s good.

In the end, we felt like we came to Narrow Roads with a wish list a mile long. Dreams of this beautiful new home had filled our heads for so long; for them to be able to bring it all to life, fulfilling every request that we had, it was amazing. Sure, there’s an adjustment to be made moving into a Van but having so many comforts and amenities packed into such a visually appealing space has made being on the road feel fun instead of like we’re living crammed into a tiny cube.

And as a footnote, the service we’ve received since taking delivery of our Van has been fantastic. Whenever we’ve had questions or encountered issues, we’ve been able to get assistance from the team, both timely and effectively.

I didn’t write this review when we were still newly enamored with our Van. But now that we’ve put some time and miles on I feel like I can absolutely recommend Narrow Roads when it comes to custom Van conversions.

These guys are awesome! They did not do my original build but I was having some electrical issues so I found them when I was passing through the area. Skyler is the man and fixed my van right up. I got to check out some of the vans they were building. They are so nice and the work they do looks really professional. Highly recommend!
