Glad this place opened back up with the pandemic! Folks here are very friendly and helpful. They carry quality stuff at very affordable pricing, especially on pre-owned saddles. The customer service & dedication are second to none. Shipping is quick too; saddles come packaged well and protected more than most places. I dont get out much at my old age, but i enjoy making a trip out to visit the folks & horses at Southline.

Do NOT buy anything from this company. They have scammed a handful of people I know. They will reply to your saddle posting on Facebook with saddles they do not have and you’ll pay for them and never get what you ordered. They have been reported to the BBB and there’s a police investigation including a technical team to trace their IP addresses. I’ve been contacted by the authorities in charge of the investigation as they saw my review here. I had to give a star to leave a review. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a PHT kool hood and never received it. I’ve tried calling, emailing, and reaching out via FB to see where my item is. There has never been any response. Her name is Bailey Niclow who owns this place as found out after researching she is all over forums for scamming people. Completely unfortunate and disgusting.

Looking for invoice 10004 dated 12/30/21. Product never received. Zero response to emails etc????
