The staff in the Merrimack, NH location are top-notch! They must be under a lot of stress, yet they handle it professionally and gracefully. They are always kind when I ask for assistance. Kudos to them!

I’m sharing 5 Stars because while I was looking for a specific first aid item an employee was extremely helpful and made me feel like I was important. I wish I got her name because she was very sweet and walked with me as she was helping me find something. And may I add that she came up to me and asked if she could help me and I’m very pleased with the service I received from this place tonight. I hope this employee gets noticed and appreciated as much as I appreciated her tonight. She even went the extra mile and said “I hope you feel better!” She saw the burn on my hand i was in there for and proceeded to tell me a story on how she used to get burned often at her last job and how she was happy that she can relate to somebody. She was wearing a sweater with a Tigger on the back and had dark brown hair. CVS Merrimack, I hope you appreciate this employee because I sure do! Thanks again for being a convenient place for me to go to!

Great pharmacy, very quick and kind

I came in with a strange toothpaste question and the associate, Dustin, put down his stocking task and was eager to help! He showed me all of my options and really helped me find what i needed. Unfortunately, cvs didn't carry what i need, but dustin was amazing in offering alternative solutions and ideas of where to get what i needed. It was much more help then i expected to recieve recieve and i really appreciate it!

This is my go to pharmacy for all my needs. I'm there on a weekly basis and have to say Pam and Cheri are truly remarkable, extremely helpful and friendly.

Abul makes the pharmacy a 5 Star!

Very convenient CVS store. Has a drive through pharmacy and ample parking. It has an ATM on site and manned and unmanned checkout linea. It is great to grab convenience items without having to stop by a supermarket.

I would rate higher but the experience at check out with Meredith was very disappointing. I was 2nd in line for the self checkout to have her come up to me and tell me "you know there are 2 lanes right?" When I simple looked at the person standing in front of me, she went up to them and said the same thing citing a divider as the reason for not seeing it.

I went to check out and checked to see if I had a cvs rewards card, when it didn't pull up with my number I called for help. I told her I wanted to sign up for a card. She told me to enter my phone number on the screen. When I told her I did and I wished to sign up for one I was told rudely that this can't be done at the self checkout. (Side note currently at least this cvs is asking everyone use the self checkout for as many transactions as possible.)

I signed up for the card, during this exchange Meredith kept pulling down her mask and never once had it covering her nose. She was rude and off putting in explaining that now I could use my phone number -as she said "you know the one you just gave me"- for further transactions etc.

Just a bit off-putting for a lot of things.

Badly stocked. Employee offered help and kept coming too close, even when I was walking backwards. I bought a box of very expensive rubber gloves that break at nothing, total waste of money. PPE is all over the store, not all in one area, you have to walk around to find it.

Poor Customer service.
* I'm tryin to get ahold of a Pharmacist. There Automatic call system. Keeps Hanging Up on me. After auto system Transfer my call. I found out it's a Pharmacy Associate Person. Hang up on me. I showed up at the Store in person. I Saw them. Hang up on Customer's. I'm so irritated right now. * I seriously need to give a important Message to a Pharmacist. About my prescription. I did called my doctor. They were to called in the Emergency insulin Pen in for me. On a Friday. Not month supply yet. Well CVS pharmacy did Not get my messages. So Everything for my prescription. From Doctor and CVS got Messed Up Again. I went all Weekend With Out my insulin medicine. From CVS. As a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic. Insulin is very important. I'm very disappointed. Dissatisfied with this CVS phone call Automated System here." Pharmacy Hangs up on You". This seriously needs to be addressed. This Will cost some ones Life + Health Situation some day again. Sad but true. They need more help here. CVS Please Fix this issue.
