CVS

This is a well stocked CVS with a great pharmacy. I was traveling and grabbed the wrong prescription before leaving home base. This CVS pharmacy was able to transfer my prescription from a completely different pharmacy that was far away to this local CVS pharmacy. This is definitely one of the better CVS's I've had the pleasure of visiting.

Can you please get your pharmacy people some help . I've been there several times with them short handed and they still have an amazing additude thats why the 5 stars your other local cvs pharmacy's are.either rude or just send you all over broome.county to get there meds.needed each month . Please help these amazing employees!!!!

I was in a bit of a hurry and so I asked the associate where to locate the item I was looking for and the associate was sped fast, helpful, and kind so thank you!

Jeff the pharmacist and Karen are the best people I have met. They care about everyone they take care. The always go over and beyond for me all the time without complaining
They know you by name and treat you as a person not just a name on a paper.

The friendliest pharmacists and the staff in the store are equally as approachable. When I need to get meds or shop, I feel like I'm visiting folks I know and trust. I have been in the neighborhood just under a year and while I don't know all their names, I really enjoy coming here. Best savings with my coupons in town!

All pharmacy and drug stores do pretty much the same thing: fill prescriptions and sell 'stuff'. This one is not much different -- prices all run the same, etc.

This one in West Corners, however, is my go-to CVS pharmacy. I love the staff that works both the pharmacy and the front end. Friendly people who know you by name. More than once the staff has honored a coupon or extra-care bonus that had just expired.

Shelves are usually well-stocked and the store is always spic and span.

I love this cvs, everyone is super friendly in the drive thru. I don’t think I’ve ever been inside the store before.

This CVS isn’t bad. I like Front Street a bit better as stock is usually very good. Here is quick and the employees are generally friendly. Cvs is hit or miss. Either you get a really good on top of it pharmacist.

Often short staffed, and the texts I receive from them aren't always accurate. Kinda frustrating to go to pick up my prescription and told to wait another hour 3 times in a row after the text I got said my medicine was ready.

Went to the pharmacy and got fantastic service! I rate the pharmacy a 5! The front of the store on the other hand is beyond rude!!! The cashier and the manager both had attitudes because the coupon would not scan. It was a CVS coupon. I am sorry but that is not my fault that it won't scan! Poor customer service from the associate and her manager!
