Harbor Freight Tools

I have shopped here over the past 10 years or so. Can't say I am disappointed in any purchase. Staff always are friendly and helpful.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences going to this harbor freight and seeing my favorite employee Fran, she is is so polite and always happy to see us. She always welcomes us as soon as we enter and greets us with a smile. I’m hoping corporate sees this review and moves her up, she deserves it!

Super friendly staff, always willing to help every time I go. Usually well stocked with many different products from car jacks to air compressor and just tool for around the house. My go to store for tool and parts. One of the tools they care is Pittsburgh that has lifetime warranty

Every time I come in here, I spend money! I can not help myself. They have a lot of decent items that are reasonably priced. It is a great place to catch some decent sales as well. Just keep an eye out for those bargains. They happen often enough.

Friendly staff. This store always has interesting products. You never know what you will find.

Excellent service top level quality tools

We had an excellent customer service experience with Cole ! Not only did he escort us to the aisle were we needed to find our items, but was patient and friendly !!!! Great Job Cole !!!! Excellent customer service means going beyond meeting your customer's basic needs. It involves much more than providing support in a timely and pleasant manner. More importantly, it means doing everything possible so your customers are not merely satisfied. Thank You for going above and beyond !!!!

In October my husband got into a motorcycle accident so we were in search of a wheelchair that we purchased at this location. Not only was the cashier extremely supportive and kind after learning of what the wheelchair was needed for, she had another associate assemble the chair for me at the store to ensure it was done correctly.
Fast forward 60 days… I went back to return the wheelchair due to a manufactures malfunction on one of the pedals. Not only did the Cashier Brittany remember me & the accident but she had the same exact kind, welcoming personality helping me with the return. Her manager Joe also assisted her in the return of the chair and he could not have been more helpful and caring as to make sure everything got returned properly.
The employees at this store care about their customers and the store has everything you could ever need.

Harbor freight is a really good place has all kinds of tools and gadgets. The quality may not be meant for professional full-time use but I haven't found any problem with any other tools. I just use them in my garage in my house.

Service is great and they go out of their way to check inventory if item is not on the floor. Fast and pleasant service, never had a bad experience here. Definitely my go to spot for quick needs and short lines.
