I had a tough issue and Diana masterfully dealt with it until it was resolved. She and Ana are a great team and they "RUN" that store. PROMOTIONS AND RAISES SHOULD BE IN THEIR FUTURES. In this Era of sad customer service, these ladies take it to the next level. And as much as gouges customers they can afford to pay for two who care about the customers and quality services. Thank you ladies!!!

Marcus was very helpful with my problem. He showed excellent professionalism. The whole team in the store was wonderful. I would visit if needed and recommend them to others.

I went to the store to ask them to fix my watch.Without any hesitation they said sure and spent there time helping me when the could have been selling things. Great employees!!!!

Zack is a GENIUS! Ask for Zack! He fixed every issue with my phone in less than 5 minutes. Verizon update killed my SIM card (so says verizon customer service) 😑. They overnighted me a new SIM (which took 6 days) then THREE agents couldn't solve the issues. BUT 5-STAR ZACK DID!

The manager Stephen took care of me, he gave great advice to insure I was getting exactly what I wanted.

The 2 gentleman there today were very helpful and informative. No wait, no rush, and none of the blank looks of polite disinterest that have become so common in retail.
