AT&T Store

I just want to thanks Timothy for help me out setting up my daughter new IPhone for Christmas, sometimes it could be very frustrating and hard to transfer information from one phone to another one if you are not familiar with what you doing but Timothy was super friendly and helpful explaining to me step by step how everything was done ,thank you Thimothy for your outstanding and knowledgeable customer service ,hope your supervisor are aware of the service you provide in the store 👍

Auri is the best representative I’ve ever encountered at an AT&T location. She goes above and beyond with assisting matters.

I had a issue with my phone and needed a new replacement. The young lady was alone and proceeded to help my and 4 other people while I was there. She was amazing. Translated for one customer on a ATT phone call, while setting up my new phone. All done with kindness.

I was in your 277 Rte 18 store today purchasing a new phone and 2 watches. My salesperson was Victoria Valdez who was so knowledgeable, kind, caring and so friendly. There are no questions she could not answer. I was astounded knowing( as she told me she started in April. ). I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. The same goes for Belton Pryor, who helped out when he wasn't with his own client. He too being friendly, caring and kind. There is no reason I would not hesitate to recommend your store and your employees to anyone.
I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I felt as though I've known them, as I spent a fair amount of time there. (Necessarily so).

My NEW favorite store! Just stopped in to upgrade my account and get help with my phone's charging issue. I was greeted and welcomed in immediately by Ashley. She was PHENOMENAL! She listened, took her time to go over all the multiple items I had concerns with, answered all my questions, and never made it seem like there was a rush to get me out of the store, even after nearly 3 hours. Randy also stopped by while I was with Ashley and chatted with me about new products that I have great interest in as well. Randy's exceptional product expertise and friendly manner, combined with Ashley's outstanding customer service and attention to detail made this one of the best experiences I've ever had in a store. I Thank you so much Ashley and Randy for making me feel valued and welcomed. What you do matters.. I'm thankful to be able to share my experience with you both. Our. visit went very smoothly. Our customer service representative was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She worked with us to get the best products for our needs. Total turnaround time was very quick. We are very pleased with this experience and we look forward to our relationship with AT&T now and in the future. Please keep up the great work!

My parents visited this location a few weeks back to switch phones and found Darryl to be very helpful. He was able to explain in depth the differences between their old phones and the new iphone. On top of that my parents found the experience to be friendly and informative. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

My experience with John in the East Brunswick store was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, patient and polite . I asked many questions and he was able to answer all of them I’m a swift reassuring manner. The team was collaborative and turned a potentially daunting process into a pleasant one. Great service! Trevor and Randy made it a quick and pleasant trip to get new phones. They always strive to find you the best plan to suit your needs. They stand behind “stop in or call us if you need anything”. I called the following day with questions and wasn’t rushed off the phone. HIGHLY recommend this location and the staff.

Our experience was amazing here. They gave my husband an amazing first responder deal, made the process quick and we didn't have to worry about anything. Evelyn helped us and made us comfortable and even gave my three year old something to occupy her. Definitely will do business with AT&T for my family's needs from now on :)

The store rep Ramon was incredibly helpful in assisting with giving us the newest phone options(what is best) and doing the initial setup during our trade in visit. If anyone is looking to get a new phone or switch to ATT, Ramon is the man for the job!

I had to go and get my info from my S9 to the S22.
I have gone to this store over the years when I got a new phone.
I don't know how the Switch app works. All the other times I went in they hooked my phone up to a machine behind the counter. Took a few minutes. The new Switch app said it would take 45 minutes. Instead of waiting the guy in the store started it and I left with it running.
Went home and waited.
No problem, yet. I am still checking but so far so good.
If you are using that app be sure to use a wire if you have android phone.
As for the store, always quick service. Always knows what to do.
They don't pressure you to buy accessories.
Right on 18 south.
Popeyes just before it.
Was not crowded at about 2pm on a Saturday.

Went into this AT&T and had a wonderful experience! The store manager and sales associate helped my dad and I picking out our new phones, while helping us with our plans with great customer service. Highly recommend coming in to this AT&T for any of your phone needs!

Belton (SP?) was wonderful. My phone had given out on me and he helped me find the best solution and got me set up that day with a new phone. Worthy to note, it took us past closing time and he was extremely patient!!!!!

I am giving you a 5 star rating solely because of the wonderful man that helped me, Kelvin. His patience and kindness in helping me was far the best I have ever received. I went back once and Kelvin was not there. I asked the gentleman that was there a question and he replied that he didn't know much about Samsung Galaxy. Can you imagine ? Another gentleman tried to help me and he was nice but he rushed through it and then went back to whatever it was he was doing on his phone. I left and came back when Kelvin was there. I am older and these things don't come easy to me so having Kelvin there with his knowledge, kindness and showing me things as he did was such a Blessing. I don't normally write these things but I really think you should know what an extraordinary member of your AT&T Team you have in Kelvin. I'm sorry I don't have his last name.

Trevor, Lori , and Anu were exceptional customer service representatives. I got an upgrade and they bought back my old phone and applied the credit to my bill. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Belton was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to guide us with purchasing cases and accessories for our new iPhone 12. As a new ATT customer we are exceptionally pleased with the customer service we received at this store.

I had a great experience at this AT&T location. Anu helped me choose a great phone for my needs and Ana helped me fix a screen issue the following day. All the employees where very very nice and attentive as well.
