Just bought a toilet with the help of Greg. Very kind, very helpful, gave lots of advice on the most popular toilets, the supplies we would need, and important tips for DIY toilet replacement. Even pushed the through the store and loaded the toilet into the car. Thanks Greg!

Lowes Home Improvement is a great place to shop for tools, building supplies, and other household needs. If you use the liwes app on your phone, it's very easy to find what you need because when you do a search, it tells you exactly where to find the item. Their prices are comparable to other home improvement stores. I highly recommend Lowes

I recently purchased cabinets at the Plattsburgh NY Lowes. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience as the associate, Emily Burke, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She knew her department perhaps better than any associate I have ever dealt with. She and Annaliese in appliances even stayed beyond their shift to help us wheel everything out to the truck.

Nicer than HomeDepot. I like their selection. People there were nice and helpful.

Employees are so nice. Like srsly everyone always has dog treats in their pockets and welcome all pooches shopping with owners - not just service doggos. Every employee that passes you asks if you need help. They make returns easy. They are just all around very nice.

This place has a little bit of everything. All the tools you can imagine and pretty much everything else you need to build a house. They also have appliances, lawn and garden things and ect. They get a massive flower selection in every year too. The prices aren't that bad and the plants are usually in great shape. The lines aren't ever long at the registers, they always have alot of employees on and they are friendly.

It's just fun to wander around and check out all the neat stuff for working on your home. Friendly people, almost anything needed for home upgrades and repair. Lowes even offers Veterans Discounts, and Veterans Parking. Always a good experience.

Very handy and they almost always have what I am looking for. The staff are extremely helpful and patient. I'm not very well versed in many types of tools and the staff have always helped me to understand what I am looking at and are able to give well informed opinions.

We had to make a return right after we purchased some outlets we didn't need. The rep who helped us was very kind about our mistake, and she helped me not feel embarrassed. We will be returning for the quality products and friendly service!

I went over to the contractor check out there was three of the pro vest wearing individuals all three of them were courteous helpful Kyle went out of his way to help me load the truck and not only did he help me load but he also took the more complicated pieces and the heavier ones that I wouldn't have to. I left very happy.

This particular store has the most helpful, friendly, and kind staff I've ever met. I don't mind driving out of my way to go here for anything for a project from renovation to decoration
