Was very pleased with the help we got from Jacob.
Like the layed back approach of his,much better than the folk's i dealt with at at&t over the years(20+),refreshing. This is my 2nd.go with Verizon and he gave it a great start.
Tale care of this guy and the lady that was there with him today,a great team right there.

Recently lost my phone.

Jacob at the Montpelier, OH store went right to work on my account and got it all taken care of.
Very knowledgeable.

They were very helpful in transferring data from one phone to another. Was also able to get a new case. They did all of this in just a few minutes.

I went in for a simple upgrade and the gentleman running the store was quick but also took the time to figure a few other options I hadn't considered. He even had a better deal for me than Verizon Customer Service had to offer. When I decided to go with my original plan he wasn't pushy, he just got me taken care of and on my way. Probably the best in store experience I've had in years.

Jacob and Dominque are very helpful, kind and doing their best to keep customers happy!! Hopefully they are compensated for the outstanding job they do

Dawan was great. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was in and out in under an hour and 15 minutes for a complete upgrade and he was training a new associate. I have been very pleased over the years going to this location.

We 💖Dominique! She has solved some peculiar issues for us recently that have befuddled others we contacted previously. We happened to go in one day when she was working and she stuck with our problem (twice now) until it was resolved. And now we go in and ask when she works so we can come back while she is in.

She was very nice and helpful. Had a few customers and worked on us all. It went very quick!!!

Updating this because I just bought a new phone and Dominique was very helpful and informative. I really love the service at this store and would not go anywhere else. The people who work here are always friendly.

I was working with Dawan. When I tell you it was my best experience at any Verizon. He is very dedicated to helping costumers. He waited on the phone with costumer service and didnt hang up till I was taken care of. You can tell he really cares #ThanksDawan

I upgraded my phone today and had an amazing associate named Colin! He’s was very friendly and very informative. He was very patient and friendly with our three kids. Definitely recommend him!

They sell you junk and won't stand behind it when it doesn't work. I must change my review of this place I was very upset with Verizon customer service and I took that out on Chase in my review and for that I apologise Chase took care of dealing with those people and solved my problem He does a great job thank you

My experience at this store was very pleasant. Dealt with a gentleman by the name of Garrett smith he was a very kind and helpful. And had helped me with all my problems.
