I can’t express how happy I was with my experience today at the 31-01 Ditmars location in queens.
Jordan at the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me and didn’t let me just walk out disappointed.

We need more people like him everywhere!
I couldn’t have thanked him enough.

I hope management knows what a great employee they have working there. Thank you again Jordan!!

A young lady by the name of Somaya helped me. She was efficient, and diligently looked and found a better price on a medication I needed. Nicely done!.

I love the 24/7 CVS in Ditmars. The pharmacy and the Minute Clinic are good. It's convenient and they are usually clean and organized.

Pharmacy team was nice and friendly and wanted to help. I wish the service at cvs was consistent. I guess I should come back only to this branch

Pharmacy is well staffed, organized and open 24 hours. Both time I’ve asked for help in store clerk didn’t tell me where product was, he walked me too it. This place blows Walgreens on 45 and Ditmars away. Very family friendly on Halloween.

I was assisted by Masiath. She is an absolute gem. She’s very sweet, personable, polite and she really enjoys her job. CVS is lucky to have such a valuable employee

I think it's by far the best CVS in NY. Everyone works there is very friendly and you always get new discounts deals plus it opens 24 Hours a day.

I was having difficulty at the self checkout machine and a very nice young girl named Masiath came over and assisted me immediately!! She was very sweet and knowledgeable!!!

This is a top notch CVS spot. The staff are very kind, accommodating and good at what they do. The place is kept extremely clean given the amount of people who cycle through each day. The store is easy to navigate with clear and succinct labeling and items are well organized. The variety of items for sale in each department are often more than sufficient for the average consumer. I've been a regular customer here for four years now and haven't ever been dissatisfied or had a negative experience. I recommend and appreciate the CVS service here.

I recently started using their pharmacy (within the last 7 months, right at the start of the pandemic), and have had nothing but very pleasant and great experiences with all the staff I've interacted with at the pharmacy.

My prescriptions are ready when they're supposed to be, they always greet me with a smile, and service is quick and seamless.

This CVS is great! They have reasonable prices and always send me great coupons. Their rewards system keeps me coming back. I also love that it is open 24 hours. This is convenient when I have to buy something last minute. I go to this CVS for all my pharmacy and toiletry needs as well as some groceries and office supplies. There are usually many workers on the floor so if you have any questions they can help.

made an appt here to covid vaxx my 2 kids under 8y - to say i had anxiety about how my kids would react is an understatement :) met w/elder spahic - hats off 1000% to him from an admin/bedside/patience/general demeanor perspective. went above & beyond expectations & i'm very grateful for making it smooth for me & family!

Today, I went in to fill a prescription for my daughter. She had recently gotten a new insurance card. She also needed a perscription card for her medication. They hadn't sent the prescription card to me. I was unaware I needed it. As her insurance is under her father it went to him. The Pharmacist was very patient with me and called to get the right number he needed for billing. Thank you again for taking the time to help me.

I love CVS for always being spotless, having full stock, being so helpful when I'm unable to find something, always curious.

These guys work hard for a community that doesn't appreciate them enough! Too many times have I seen customers give them grief for not being able to fill a prescription that doesn't exist! The pharmacy is efficient. Its crew will treat you with respect, and they will hustle to fill orders. The store itself is large for a Queens pharmacy and has the numerous offerings of a typical CVS including food and beer. Walking distance to the train station. Metered parking is adjacent to the store.

I love shopping at this CVS . Visited this CVS today Tues. June 9, 2020 to do some shopping. The cashier Satwatee asked me if I found everything I needed and also told me about store offers. She was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. When we were done she said have a blessed and beautiful day. This means a lot!
