Giant Food

This store is always well stocked and clean. The is always courteous and helpful. The prices to me are most of the time better than Safeway. The food is fresher as well.

Great store, always stocked when I go

Blind customer. I love this Giant! Their staff are the BEST - Mr. Bernard, Ms. Tameka, Ms. Cassandra, Cameron, everyone! They are incredibly helpful and always friendly. Each time I visit, I’m provided a Courtesy Shopper, who navigates my shopping list with me to gather all items. They are so patient. I even enjoy seeing them in my community. It’s not often they don’t have a food item or substitution meeting my needs. Great job Team!

They have very hard workers here with excellent customer service. Always willing to guarantee their products. With the best prices and fresh vegetables, you can't lose shopping here.

My 5 star rating is specifically for Ms. Bunny! She’s always so helpful and courteous. I always get in her line and if she isn’t there I go to self checkout! The produce selection is horrible! But, I do find managers specials for the meats (go early) the outside activity makes me not want to go here! Unfortunately I have to go here for my Produce RX 🙄

I can’t say enough good things about this store - especially the beautiful, well-stocked produce section, I can find whatever I want and need. Extremely friendly and courteous fish dude (wish I knew his name), and great selection of juices and drinks. My son says this Giant is better than the Columbia Heights Giant. I live much closer to the Safeway on Alabama Ave. and had been exclusively shopping there, but after shopping in this Giant, Safeway may not see me again.

I went there because I had my vaccine appointment.
The parmacists were very well organized. There was a very friendly and professional person who took care of checking the appointments, the insurance card, and distributing the paperwork.
The store is clean, bright and offers a large variety of food items.
I had to ask questions because I was not familiar with the store and everyone I asked (Giant Staff) was very pleasant and helpful.

I visit this store several times a week. Ms Bunny and the Lady with the afro are amazing. They are very helpful and always smiling.

It's always clean when I go there. The produce food is always fresh. The cashier's are nice and considerate. The only one thing I have a problem with they run out of stuff to fast

I often go to the Gaint, one reason is that I work at Turner ES across the street also I live in the neighborhood. Everyone at the store is really helpful but there's one person at the store to seem to go out of there way to make your visit experience the best. And that person is Mr.Jeffrey, he's the best. Always helpful, always knowledgeable, you would think he designed the layout of the store because of his knowledge.Big-ups to my neighborhood grocery store.

OMG... the store was so empty of items I couldn't believe it. They were sold out just about all there meat and diary products.
This Pandemic is weighing heavy on everybody and this has always been my favorite store always clean and neat.
