Lucchese boots are a foundation for my wardrobe so I was quite excited to enter the new store in Telluride. My excitement was quickly drained when no one would bother to assist me (or even recognize me) during my time in the store. This is the same sort of “welcome” I had at the Denver store last year so I’m beginning to think that retail customer service is a much more extensive problem. Awesome products and I will continue to be a customer, but the store staff are really off putting.
