Fresh fruits, tires, household items, check! BJ’s has you covered. This particular location has a huge parking lot with tons of carts ready for the customers in the parking lot. Fresh smile and hello greets you as you enter the store. Rows and rows of various items, so you will want to have time to walk up and down each isle so that you don’t miss anything. Staff are professional and helpful and can be located walking the isles to assist with any questions you make. This store is “spotless” in regards cleanliness. I watched a gentleman walk around with a dust rag and broom to ensure everything was clean and presentable to the customer. You maybe a SAMS or Costco person, don’t sleep on BJ’s for the same quality, value that you get at other big box warehouse stores.

Have always had good luck at this BJ’s. This month the meat/deli dept was especially helpful with a special order. Meat Manager Alex was terrific with getting the order set up and seeing things though, and 2 staffers at the deli counter were so helpful and great to talk with. Had a great experience, terrific rotisserie chickens (like 20!) and especially enjoyed the people.

I was blessed to find the most incredible help at the BJs tire center in Duke Street. Harry went above and beyond making sure I was safe and felt heard. I HIGHLY recommend this team!!

Love the quality, and like the selection. Coupons are the best to get for bulk items, they have coupons via their app as well. Fuel savings as well if your location has a gas station. Love the gas prices.

What's a fresh vegetables fresh juice loose grade eggs Brown eggs all types of stuff vegan food vegetarian foods deli meats eats steaks hamburgers hot dogs bacon turkey bacon all types of stuff big boxes of potato chips the last all summer last for a year It's a great place to stock up for right now stock up look up good price on toilet paper I like using the Scott's toilet paper I can get like 45 rows for $25 that alert 7 or 8 months I love the store great customer service

Amazing reasonable grocery prices. Their membership is cheap as well. Employees are friendly and self checkout system is fast as well. Fruits/ vegetables are always fresh and ready to eat. All items are in top notch quality. I would definitely recommend this bjs in Alexandria for your grocery needs. 5 Star Store.

The customer service here is amazing! Rosy and her entire team no how to take care of their customers. Every single interaction with her team is a great one! The curbside pick up is perfect for anyone especially with kids. Robert was great on a rainy night bringing out everything with a smile! Keep up the great work here! This team is the only reason I continue to shop at BJs!

I like this store. It is easy to find parking and it never seems as overcrowded as the competing store in Pentagon City. In my experience the staff have always been friendly. I really don't understand the comments about the place being dirty. It looks fine to me.

I belong up Costco (which is actually closer to my house) but drive the extra 20 minutes to BJs because I love their selection of organic foods and individual size items. I have always found their staff to be welcoming and friendly. Knowing that they are busy during certain times of the week/day, I just adjust my shopping schedule so that I won't have to wait in line and deal with angry customers. I prefer BJs over Costco any day.

Every store in this chain has slightly different items but all stock basic things. Every time I have been to this location, and I go at least once a week because I live less than a mile away, it is clean.

The clothing department is frequently rumpled, but if you go early, it is organized. You can actually see customers making a mess. You can't expect a clerk to be there all day cleaning up after these people. Gotta say that I have seen the same mess at the upscale places at Tysons and Tysons II.

The deli people are very accommodating. I was looking for thin sliced pre-packaged ham without the attached turkey pack, and I asked the deli guy. He was cleaning up to close. He came out and looked with me, and when we couldn't find any, he opened up and gave me a slice of honey ham to try out before slicing up my order.

The staff will help you out if you are polite and not rude to them. I have stopped to say hi to staff I see frequently, and they have all been very helpful -- calling around to find an item that they don't have or have run out of; hauling out the lift to get items down from the top storage; schelpping stuff out to the car when I had an injury. If you are rude to people, you shouldn't expect them to love you back.

The customers, yeah, some are third world. But, frankly, no worse than the pencil necks and self important folks who shop at the "competitor with a C" down the road at Pentagon Center. I belong to both store chains because I shop where I happen to be when I have time. The C stores may have more registers open, but there are always looooooong lines, the parking lots are chaotic, the customers are pretty rude and self-serving, and they are not particularly well organized either.

Shop where you like, but don't expect a "warehouse" store to be a personalized boutique.

I regularly visit 3 of your stores in Northern Virginia but I have to say the staff and management at your Alexandria store on S Van Dorn St are by far the most helpful and friendliest. Please please PLEASE put a gas station at that location. You have the room in your parking lot. Costco nearby doesn't have one and I'll bet if you did you could poach some of their customers.

Amazing! Very well organized and spacious with lots to offer.
Staff is always very professional and courteous unlike the Falls Church location.

Wish it was closer, but worth the drive. Lots of products with options per product as well. BJs is on par with both Costco and Sam's Club.

Great place to shop in bulk. Employees are helpful if you have any questions.
Most of the time check out is pretty quick. Handicap accessible, bathrooms and a place where you can sit down for a quick bite to eat.

Fast, Easy, Courteous Service as I made a quick call to renew (a bonus over phone & answered in 1 minute) then 2 store pickup card & I needed no makeup the picture was set up for taking black & white images!😂😇😍. Thank you Lord
