It's a fun place to go and have fun and laughter. If you get offensive easy it may not be the place for you. We all had a lot of fun and my group was of different ages. Service was ok. Drink prices were not bad they were average. The serve food but we didn't eat there.

My experience at Best Buy city of industry was really great. Let me start off with I was greeted at the door by a young lady who was courteously friendly and directed me to where I needed to go. I had a problem with my computer and needed to see the geek squad. I was met there by a gentleman named Justin, who was very professional courteous and friendly. These employees that I met at this establishment in my opinion are a asset to this company. Justin knew the know how in computers. My problem was explained and fixed in no time and I was on my way. Best Buy lives up to its name. They have many brands of electronics TV’s home theaters ,computers, cell phones, tablets, kitchen appliances, just about everything one can need at a good price with warrantees and people that fix them. I recommend this establishment to those who are looking for a great experience and a Best Buy no pun intended.

The customer service was great! We were having an issue with an online order for pickup and Myron and Rosa were extremely kind, patient, and helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and we really appreciated their help.

I feel like a total Karen because every time I go in I want to speak to the manager (in a good way). No offense to the well mannered and nice people named Karen.

Whenever I walk into this Best Buy, I am properly greeted and asked if I need help with anything. All associates seem ready and willing to assist me. Most of my experiences, if not all have been pretty pleasant.

One particular situation required a manager's approval, which had me coming in weeks at a time to resolve. Promotional offers can be tricky business especially if there's back order on a popular item or a busy season. Lauren, the manager, really went above and beyond in trying to get me the best value and savings for a promotional offer on a cellphone and smart watch. That's why I'm always asking if the manager is available so I can say "Hi!" And "Thanks again!"

It's about the only place left to buy electronics now that fries and radio shack are gone. Their selection doesn't seem to be that great anymore either I saw a lot of empty spaces on the shelves I'm wondering how much longer they've got till they're gone but they still have more than anybody else. Their service is good they always have somebody around that can help help you find things which is more than I can say for pretty much any other store.

Went to the City of Industry location. Joshua was outstanding in explaining the new technology to me re Smart TV's, what would be in my best interest for my viewing & gaming habits, as well as reminding me I should update my current sound system to get the full effect of the new TV sound technology as well. He was also very informative and helpful with my wife in the purchase of a new Kindle. 👍👍👍👍👍

I knew what I wanted so the best buy associates didn't have to do much but they were super nice to me and my loud kid. Lol

Staff was nice. It was a regular work day when I came, so it wasn't packed at all. It's big, but there are definitely nicer Best Buys nearby.

Had a great and positive experience at this Best Buy location. Such a friendly, helpful team directing you to your needs. I was looking for the Nintendo Switch console, along with some games. Kudos to the guy at the front and the "Switch guy" at the register. He thoroughly explained the features, price, versions etc., and gave good advice. Thanks, definitely walked out happy.

They completely renovated this location. Well stocked and very clean. I was looking for a new hdmi cable and was about to purchase an insignia brand. I ended up getting a similar cable,Best Buy brand, which was the same in specifications but 2 feet shorter.

I found what I was looking for, they have good customer service

They have some kind of pilot program going on here. I think 6 of 100 stores are doing it. Kinda looks like a mini Best Buy / showroom, mixed in with half Amazon Warehouse. I think their game plan has promise. What's faster than same day? How about same hour😎. They're still tweaking their inventory, had to order a headset for future pickup. If you don't know, Best Buy has migrated to a 'Total Care' type optional membership which gets you free tech help, installs, discounts, extended warranty and what not. From me, a stingy I.T. person, I think they have something going on here. I mean unlimited tech support?!? I can see less tech savvy people getting value out of this.

I was very anxious to buy a usb-c to 3.5mm adapter cable. I couldn't find it, but I found it with the help of the staff. Thank you.

The order online and pick up Carside was the best I've ever seen. A heavy TV was easily rolled out to my car. It took less than an hour just as promised for the order to be ready and it was about 3 minutes for the person to bring it to the car. I complimented her because Home Depot and Lowe's take forever and they never have the order ready quickly for a curbside pick up
