They are totally friendly and I've absolutely never had any issues with returns or shipping packages. I will always use the UPS Store for all of my shipping needs. Wonderful people!

Very Happy with my service, every time I come to the store I never have to wait, rhey are quick and accurate with my service. If I need help they are happy to give me that extra attention with my return and the service is always the best.

Amazing family-owned business. They are sweet, knowledgeable, professional and very kind. They are also very efficient and positive. They educated me on some of my Amazon returns to ensure there wouldn’t be a discrepancy. I really appreciated them for that. It shows that they care about their customers and also the suppliers they do business with. This is my favorite ups store in all of Delaware!

The husband and wife in the store are so nice and knowledgeable! They engage in conversation and are very welcoming.

Great customer service ! Store is clean and efficient. The couple is always nice and asks how my daughter is doing. Always willing to help fix/tape my packages to make sure they are shipped okay. My Amazon returns are refunded the same day I drop them off. Im here every week and they always get me in and out easily.

I am in this store at least once a week and I am so thankful for how kind and welcoming the owners are ALL the time! Especially the wife!! We always have great conversation. They have helped me bring in heavy packages, held the door for me when they see me struggling in trying to carry everything all at once. The store is always so clean and tidy. I am always able to get in and out here. I appreciate their dedication to serving Smyrna. No more traveling to Dover. And I love that they are open on Sundays! Keep doing what you’re doing…you’re appreciated!

This UPS store is the nicest and cleanest one I have been in. The husband and wife are very friendly. They go above and beyond to help you with whatever you come in with. If the couple can not be of service, they will direct you to the person or place who can. If you decide to use the UPS store, please treat them with respect, they deserve it.😀

Convenience , I have 2 diff UPS locations I use , but on Sunday this location was the one that is open so I will be returning to that location
