AT&T Store

Mikayla was amazing! she helped me with upgrading 3 phones and was very informative. She also went above and beyond with helping us with our plan and fixed everything on the account for us! She was very patient and her customer service skills is on point! I will be visiting this store in the future for my cell phone needs. Thank you Jimmy Drive and Mikayla!

Love this AT&T. Everyone that works there is super friendly and extremely helpful. They provide too notch customer service. They even stayed a little past closing time to ensure my needs were met. Thank you, you all are appreciated!

Charlie was very pleasant, patient and thorough. He managed to juggle the other clients that came in the store while assisting me. Made you feel that you were not being ignored. He has an amazing personality. Definitely a keeper for AT&T.

I went to this location and wanted to cancel my services cause Sam's club messed my account up and added the phone on the account without our consent. I want to thank the whole Smyrna staff for really helping me. They went above and beyond to help me with this situation. You now have my business for life and more. I want to give the highest praise to Charlie, Chuck Monty & Makayla for all of their help. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

I would personally like to thank Lani for her impeccable customer service, professionalism. She was the only associate in the store but did a great job with assisting to our needs. It was a bit upsetting initially for the wait as there were only 3 customers but Lani’s polite demeanor kept me in the store as I was going to travel to another location.

Monty helped me out & he was great! Very respectful, concentrated towards his profession & a very funny guy too ha! Helped me get me a new Galaxy 23 ultra, and shared lots of helpful information.

Went to get the wife a new phone. We were assisted by Chuck. He went out of his way to ensure we got the best deal available, and that were happy to be his customer. His understanding of process and procedure is a gift to At&t, and he gets employee of the year in our opinion. Thanks Chuck. We will be back

HUGE shout out to Chuck and Charlie at AT&T . After spending the last 3 nights and 6 hours today in the store for a billing issue , they completely exceeded my expectations and stayed long after their shifts to help me get my situation straightened out! I would gladly send anyone their way to deal with them. They are completely helpful & completely professional !

Setting up a new account with AT&T has been a four day long process and I was ready to throw in the towel! Instead, I decided to go to our local retail store and I’m so glad I did! Alyssa was extremely helpful. It was a long process with lots of phone calls but she didn’t give up! She got all our phones and plans set up! It was a pleasure, I’m glad we came to our local store! Maria Dougherty was wonderful. We went to the store to cancel our old plan. She called corporate customer service to assist her. Even though the customer service representative on the phone was being less than courteous she remained calm and professional. She was very kind and personable. Her coworkers were as well. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for wireless service.

Wow! Quinton was beyond great, and then he got some rude guests. He still held his own, and tried to help his guests. His co-worker came in and tried to immediately help. She did her best, her name is Maria. The rude fella, was still rude and they BOTH kept composire. They're the real deal. Serviced that mean man, and kept helping everyone else! I'll always come to this store! They're professional, compassionate, and funny!

I visited this location today to upgrade my IPhone 11 pro to a 13 pro. Quinton P assisted me and was the most pleasant and helpful employee I’ve ever encountered with AT&T. He was very patient, attentive to my needs, and was very respectful. Quinton made me appreciate the fact that I am with AT&T even the more. Because of this experience, I will forever be a loyal customer to AT&T and I will forever come to this location just to encounter Quinton. If you are in the Smyrna location, please ask for Quinton P.

My old phone's screen died, and I needed a replacement quickly. I knew exactly what I wanted (trade in the broken phone and get a new S22 Ultra, taking advantage of the any condition trade in promo) and Maria made the process very easy. She was quick, efficient, and very personable. She offered me all the bells and whistles, but didn't pressure me and actually made the experience enjoyable! Would highly recommend.

I believe the associate that helped me at the Smyrna, Delaware location said his name was Quentin (Q). He was knowledgeable and gave me all my options on upgrading my phone. He even put the screen protector on my new device. He was patient with all my questions about insurance and billing. He helped me save on my bill using my current employer. Q was personable and professional.

What a great experience once again at this AT&T store here in Smyrna. Maria Dougherty is exceptional at what she does. I came in with a bill of $800 plus dollars! Immediately Maria called customer care. By end of the conversation, Maria had my account credited $600 plus a $50 credit for my time! Talk about game changer! Go see Maria, she is certain to give you the BEST service! Two thumbs up! 👍

We had such a pleasurable experience with Maria Dougherty when we visited the other day. Even though there were two other people ahead of us and it was close to closing time, we never felt rushed. All the employees at this location is great. Maria took care of us especially. She helped my wife and I upgrade and made sure all discounts were on my account. They are military friendly and they will take their time with you to make sure order is right!

Maria was absolutely amazing. She helped my boyfriend pay and set up his online payment. She also showed us great offers and struck up good conversation. I'm going to think about switching and making this a primary store to go to because of the kind service.

Went to the Smyrna AT&T store today because my phone just died on me. I really do not like going to AT&T because it’s such a long process and the people in my past experience were not pleasant. SMYRNA AT&T CHANGED ME WHOLE OPINION! Quinton was amazing! Helped me lower my bill and got us all new phones! My two toddlers were such a handful and making the process hard Quinton did not bat an eye and ensured me it was perfectly fine! THEN Maria came over to save the day! Literally a life saver she played with the kids and they made a beautiful art piece i will hang on the fridge. This is the most amazing experience with customer service i have ever had not only with ATT but any place I have ever been too! These two Quinton and Maria are AMAZING I wish all att had them!
