Good local people of Spanish decent who understands what we American be asking when we are looking for something. Nice friendly customer service. Great place for high school kids who want to get their feet wet while graduating from high school to College years. Great place to get out the sun for a minute with the little ones .

I had the best experience at the doller general Mrs Ramos is so helpfull and kind she is fast at the regester and kind to all that come in Mrs Ramos greats everyone that comes into the store that never happens unless she is there the store is looking alot cleaner i tell everone to go and experience the new employee Mrs Ramos she is the best employee that i have seen there in a long time she always willing to help thank you Mrs Ramos

The Mgs Amy, is the Best, Her Smile and her greeting when you walk in, makes its all , calling most of the shopper's by their first name, makes them feel Special, Its a non stop flow of shoppers, How her and her staff work so hard, to keep the store looking great, and keeping shoppers coming back, I travel for my job thru out the state and have stopped at I don't how many Dollar General, But non of them top the Chaparral one, Noumber 1,

Not the greatest staff once bought a vanilla prepaid MasterCard and added 300 hundred money was never added my receipt stated that the card was already expired and the staff didn't notice while the where adding the money then have me the run around when I went back just 20 min later due to the employee had gone home I had to wait 2 hours for him to verify that I had purchased it and all because he " didn't notice that the register didn't even ask for it because there was no trace on the receipt" very poor service. Lus the gentleman who helped me had been there for over a year.

The specials are great! The shelves are always clean and organized, the staff is extremely helpful, friendly, they ALWAYS greet you and they wish you a good day, I love it.

The Mgr Amy is great, and her staff are friendly, i feel for them, alot of work, keeping up with the traffic of customers is extremely hard, i appreciate Amy and Amanda , always making my experience a great one!!!!!
