Great service. This area has become popular in the past two years. And so has the lines - depending on time of day. Regardless, the crew does a great job both to give you attention while moving the line along. They are friendly and courteous. This location is better than the alternative - the dreaded post office. I have read a few comments about the manager. Though I have not interacted with him, from what I’ve seen he seems to be following the rules set by UPS.

Quite a pleasant experience whenever I visit. The staff is very friendly. Specially Karlton. Very welcoming and friendly. Been here for dropping packages and printing. Quite comfortable service.

The rep remembered my call & actually saved the information so he could help me quickly when I arrived late!! Great service with a smile!!

I had to send out a package to my daughter to California the fasted way possible to make it there before Easter. A young man by the name Carter assisted me. What a polite gentleman! If you want personal care instead of being rushed this is the place to go .

After stopping in more than one UPS store looking for a notary we called the one in lakeline BLVD and even though they were closing in less than 30 minutes they said they could provide us with notary service. I thought we would get attitude since they were almost closing but we were treated professionally! Thank you for taking care of us.

I've been coming here for almost 2 years and love how fast this place is as well as the professionalism of the staff. They also offer notarized service which is pretty quick. I'm not sure about the person complaining about being asked what's in the package they are shipping/returning bc even at the post office you will be asked the same.

I have been using UPS stores for years and this one has been consistently courteous, friendly and quick processing my packages. I cannot comment on their mailbox service as I do not use it. I have shipped at least 3 times a month for over 2 years and they have managed consistent customer service despite the changing times. I am so happy to find another great UPS store after moving here 2 years ago.

Well shipping stuff right before Christmas is just not fun and The UPS Store is never slow! But this one is great. Even though the line was out the door the staff was friendly and efficient. I'm thankful for UPS Stores! Remember when the good old post office was the only game in town? Now THAT was a long line! Merry Christmas everyone!

Just checked their reviews when I left the store and every second review basically saying the same - staff is friendly, very kind, and the whole atmosphere in this store is 5 stars.

And this is for whoever from the store asked what to improve on for best customer experience : THE ANSWER IS KEEP DOONG WHAT Y'ALL ARE DOING AS IT IS REALLY GREAT!!!!

I had to return an item. Got into the store, the gentleman clearly took note of details and gave me all the info needed. Smooth and productive visit.

I'll be visiting the store again if needed.

When we first rented a box here, it was great! Then it was sold to new owners. The last several weeks they have had only one person on staff at a time so there is usually a line and usually a 10-15 minute wait. The employees are friendly and most of them are fast, but even the best employee can only work so fast. If they would staff 2 people it would be much better.

UPDATE: 1/30/19. Had given 3 stars for reasons above, but in the last 2 months they have had proper staff and the waits are short so I changed the review to 5 stars.

Excellent locally owned and operated UPS Store that has had friendly quick service every time I've gone in there. The owner Norma is very friendly and helpful. Just to exemplify their friendly service that goes above and beyond, on a Friday, I needed to receive an important fax that I was waiting on to be sent and even though I explained to her it would take a little longer and I could come back another time Norma offered to stay open past closing time so I could receive it. I highly recommend this place, if there were 6 stars it would earn it.

Returning went okay, but the gentleman who helped me was very insistent on making sure I knew I could have just done the return at home. I informed him I was bringing it to the store because my phone wouldn't scan the return label, no matter how many times I tried. He then asked if I used my cell phone. Indeed, I had. (Otherwise I wouldn't have driven 35 minutes to the closest store and would have done the return from my home.) He seemed to be annoyed that I needed assistance and didn't do it myself, at home. Not deducting from the overall score because the process was fast, but it was a bit of an odd social interaction. Must have just caught him at a bad time.

Always super nice and helpful for Amazon returns! Our kiddos love the free stickers too :)

They were absolutely amazing and patient with us. We needed to have some papers notarized and they worked with us to get it all done today. Tim and the manager, I'm ashamed I can't remember his name, were the best and I couldn't have asked for better service! Every single member of the staff was awesome!

The employees here are awesome. I had a bunch of document to be notarized and they were very patient in getting everything done properly. Unfortunately, We had to throw away all the documents and redo it again because of my mistake but they had no problem doing it all over again. Not a frown. Keep it up guys.

After having a terrible day getting the slips ready to be sent away the AMAZING lady that was here today brightened my day. Her attitude was so positive that I couldn't help but to have my day brightened. She made everything so easy and hassle free. Now any and all UPS needs I will go DIRECTLY here

Really phenomenal bunch of folks work here. Except for one guy who charges you for a strip of tape, very fast and helpful lot! Keep up the good work guys 👍

This is the best UPS Store I've ever been!! Norma, one of the owners, was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
