Great customer service even though they didn't have the pay I needed

Battery died in the middle of a 5 hour trip on the day before Thanksgiving. 3 shops said we'd be waiting until Monday for a battery (it's Wednesday). NAPA took us without wait, tested our old battery, popped in a new one, gave our pup some water, and were generally the nicest group of folks one could hope to encounter in such a situation.

Always feel like I saved money and support local. Bought a car battery and it was good brand and was less than the big auto store.
