I needed GE warranty service on a wall oven. Fuller’s GE certified tech was able to come out sooner than GE’s tech, so I chose Fuller’s. Process went very smoothly. Everyone was professional and the office staff members did a fantastic job of staying in communication throughout the whole process. Henry did a great job diagnosing and resolving the issue. Recommended.

Fuller's has been top notch from beginning to end each of the three times they've been out to my house. Very professional and knowledgeable but also down to earth nice folks. I haven't experienced such great customer service over the phone or in person in many many years. Would not hesitate for a second to call on them again or to highly recommend them. Keep doing what you're doing guys!!!!

We just had Joel from Fuller’s come out to repair our washer. He was very courteous, prompt, and informed us about our new washer. He fixed our issue. We will definitely use Fuller’s in the future for any appliance repair needs.

I needed warranty service on a refrigerator we puchased from Home Depot. Fuller’s was the company that the warranty company sent out to fix the problem with the ice maker. The techs that came out were very friendly and professional, after replacing the parts that the manufactuer suggested (and sent to home in advance of a tech coming out to diagnosis the problem) and the ice maker still not working the tech called the manufactuer directly explained the problem and it was determined that the part needed was a part that could not be serviced or replaced because of the way the frig is made, the manufacturer is now going to replace the refrigerator. Thank you Fuller's for all your help.

I used them when my dryer died. It took about a week for the parts to come in so I was without a dryer for longer than I wanted to ( totally not their fault). But when Don came and fixed it ( God I hope that's what his name was) he was amazing. His customer service skills are above and beyond. Not only did he answer every single question I had about the dryer. But he even talked to me about my fridge. The guy is an absolute gem of a human being. If I could hire him specifically for every single job in the near future, I would. I dont know how much he's getting paid, but I can almost guarantee it's not enough. IT should be double. Bare minimum. The world needs more Dons.

Top notch customer service!! They kept me informed of the delivery schedule, letting me know that I was going to be the next stop after the technician finished with the job he had just arrived at. Then, they notified me that he was enroute and gave me an estimated time of arrival. They had to order parts, but got them in a timely manner and got me on the schedule. In todays world, customer service is a lost art. Rarely do you find companies where you feel valued as a client. I certainly found that in Fuller's Appliance. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Best appliance repair I've ever encountered. This was the 3rd time used in the last decade. Five day turn around on a frigidaire warranty problem. Great communication, called when the part was on order, called when part came in and scheduled service. Can't be any more pleased with Fullers.

I recently had a great experience with Fuller' s Appliance! The fan in the freezer of my LG refrigerator went bad. Within a few days the new part came in and was installed. I currently have a broken rist and the technician was cool about it. Help me put everything back in when he was done. Super nice guy! Lastly, the office was really good about communicating where the technician was when he was on his way, so I didn't have to waste a day. They were great about communication in general! I'm relieved I have a perfectly working refrigerator again!

I would like to thank Fuller Appliance Repair for finally fixing my 3 year old LG washer. We went through Home Depot warranty service. 2 techs from LG came out & told me I was using too much detergent. Washer still leaked despite cleaning & reducing soap until part was replaced. Thanks again for all the help!

I work for Fullers Appliance. The statement that was made about paying 105.00 is advance is incorrect. We only ask for a credit card to secure the appointment. We do not charge the credit card unless the customer decides to pay that way. Customers are able to pay by check or cash at the time of service.

Their office staff was great, clear communication and friendly. The technician, Matt, showed up exactly on time, and fixed my refrigerator so that I don't have to get a new one! Rates are extremely reasonable. I will definitely call them if I ever need an appliance repair again!

I needed to have a recall repair completed on my dishwasher, and based on these reviews I was hesitant to call Fuller's. However, they were very professional, ordered the part and called me when it arrived to schedule an appointment, and then called me that morning to let me know when the technician would arrive. The technician showed up exactly when promised and got the repair done quickly and efficiently - he was very knowledgeable and offered some additional tips related to the appliance maintenance. Thank you Fuller's for the great service!

Jason from Fuller's came to repair our washing machine, which was under a Lowe's Service Advantage extended warranty. He did a great job! He had checked the report I gave the office personnel, did some excellent advance troubleshooting based on that, and actually came in the door carrying the exact part that he needed to repair the machine in one visit. He was very competent and professional. I had been apprehensive about dealing with a Lowe's contractor, but, Fuller's and Jason did a great job. The office people called a day ahead to give me a three hour window for Jason's arrival, and then called on the day to report he was on the next call ahead of me, and would be on his way. He arrived right in the middle of the predicted time window. The machine is running great again.

November 2016 Update - Another service call from Fuller's, and another great job. This time Don came out and fixed the machine on the first visit. Very personable and professional. And the scheduling was much faster this time. Great service!

I purchased a washer and dryer from Lowe’s and bought the extended warranty. My dryer started making a loud squealing noise so I called the warranty people and they set me up with Fuller repair. I had an appointment within a couple of days. They called me the day before to schedule a time window. The day of they called me to let me know I was next in line and then called me to let me know they’d be there in 20 minutes. The guy quickly identified the issue (which apparently is a common issue) and told me what parts were needed and why. Took about a week for the parts to come in. The follow up appointment was scheduled as smoothly as the first. A different guy came out (maybe Henry?) to do the repair. He was ahead of schedule and showed up right at the start of the window. Finished the job in about 40 minutes and then explained it all. Super friendly and personable. Just washed and dried a load and the noise is gone. Great experience.

We had Fuller's Appliance repair out to repair our LG refrigerator. The freezer was not working and the main compartment was not cooling enough. I had no problem getting an appointment. I was called the day before as a reminder and the gentleman came out when promised. He replaced our main control board and cleaned out all the ice that had frozen to the back of the frig. He then explained exactly what happened. This was four months ago. I have not had an issue with it since.

My refrigerator needed repair and Fuller's was the repair company Lowe's warranty connected me with. I have had the unfortunate experience with other repair company's and thought this would be the same. Boy was I wrong. Fuller's followed through with every aspect of the repair process. They kept me informed every step of the way. The repair technicians were excellent as well. The office staff was courteous and professional. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FULLER'S TO ANYONE. I WILL CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY IN THE FUTURE FOR REPAIR SERVICES WHEN MY WARRANTY RUNS OUT!!!

I can't say enough good things about Fuller's Appliance. The tech and the lady in the office were so polite and helpful. The way they schedule appointments is wonderful for a busy person, with a time window and calls to update me on estimated time of arrival, I did not have to waste my day waiting around. They came to our house twice to work on our fridge and both techs were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We stumbled on them through a Lowes referral but will absolutely use them for all of our repair needs in the future.
