I came here looking for baby formula for a friend of mine who can't find it for her newborn. I had ordered ahead and scheduled to pick it up. I received a notice saying that the pick was in process, but did not receive a confirmation saying it was ready for pickup.

I figured I would go in and check anyways, since I was leaving town and this was on my way.

They were out of it, just like everyone else is right now, but the staff was very nice about it and apologetic.

Seemed like a good crew, working their tails off and feeling the supply chain hit like many of us!

Average pharmacy. Good as any.

Unprofessional by a mile. I am traveling for medical care soon, from out of state. My prescription was called in to this pharmacy. They say there's an issue with my insurance, even though my local Walgreens has filled several for me since the beginning of the year and they say their system is linked but somehow they can't. Extremely rude and condescending pharmacist and staff. Was just told "I don't know you from Adam" by a pharmacist when I asked to have my insurance information updated over the phone and told them that the walgreens near me has had no issues with my insurance information that has not changed, nor have any other pharmacies I have used this year. They want me to come into the store and bring my insurance card physically (impossible since I am not there) and then take my chances as to whether it will be in stock. When I asked if I would be able to fill the prescription same day if I brought it in on the day of my surgery, he dripped with condescension and said "It will take 10 minutes, I assure you I am extremely good at my job." I replied that was not my concern, but instead my concern is whether the medication would be in stock. He said he has no way of predicting the future. So because they require me to come into the location with my insurance card, but I only arrive in their location on Sunday when they are closed and surgery is on Monday at 9am, I am unable to do that before surgery which means I may be left without the only pain medicine I can genetically take after surgery. I am asking my doctor to change pharmacies. Avoid this place. The attitude and condescension are completely unnecessary, and they are apparently unable to even update insurance information over the phone. I have not had a pharmacy unable to update insurance without physical presence in the store in decades.

Very rude staff if you call them out they threaten to call the law so don’t go there

Worst Pharmacy, which is run by unprofessional people. Avoid this store at any cost.
