Friendly staff, good donuts and coffee but I need you guys to improve 1 thing. I'm tired of drinking coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup. Please talk to your manager, and come up with a way to avoid this.

I never leave reviews but I have to this time, I always love the service, but a few days ago we go and a girl that is not used to our normal order had messed up the drinks( 2 lrg churro cold brews, I wasn’t mad I understood) well we work at Hardee’s in Lavonia and were late to work, so I called , not trying to be a Karen and the girl that had accidentally messed the drinks up was super sweet and understanding and knew I couldn’t come get a remake till the next day, so she literally drove the remakes by Hardee’s when she got off! I was super grateful and couldn’t believe she did that! That is superb service and going above and beyond because she was in no way obligated, I asked her name and it is Kendall, which is also my name! So thank you Kendall for your absolutely amazing kindness! You are awesome, and deserve a raise 100%

I go to Dunkin Donuts in Lavonia very often, and I always get my wife a frozen mocha coffee, with mocha swirl, but no whip cream. I must say I will brag about the service here, the servers are the very best!!

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a large hot coffee. Was served quickly, order was correct, reasonable price, food quality good.

this dunkin is always great and i love the folks that work there!! 😊👍the people leaving negative reviews obv dont work in the service industry- everywhere is short staffed as hell and we're all doing our best. the employees at this dunkin are doing amazing despite the current situation imo- they always are awesome and get my order out in a timely manner✌

Get these girls a raise!!! They're customer service was beyond on point! When something happened the manager made it a teaching moment and was patient enough to answer questions about products, procedures and processes. The place was impeccably clean and super organized. I've never been to a better Dunkin location and this one was WAY understaffed. I'm amazed. This should be the standard. It was beautiful to be a part of.

Making an equipment run this morning, dunkin regular coffee with vanilla swirl and their two egg white and veggie omlet bites. Yes please!!! Hit the spot and tasted very yummy!!!

They are probably sick of seeing my face at this Dunkin’, but they are my local Dunkin’ and have come to be my favorite because they are gracious even during stressful, busy times and admit mistakes without pointing fingers.

I needed a bathroom break and a pick me up. Dunkin' Donuts provided both of those and then some. The people behind the counter were friendly and I was so proud of myself. Only one of their delicious donuts crossed my lips. A must stop if you need a break.

You can't expect this restaurant to be perfect, they just opened. I checked donuts before I left, I had four out of the six which they gave to me right away. Our coffee could have used more creamer. You learn as you grow. Its a nice addition to our small town which will only improve with time. I will say, the manager was yelling at the cashier in drive-thru, two times while I was waiting. That isn't acceptable. The place is PACKED inside and out, the business is new, people are going to make mistakes and should never be yelled at in front of customers the way she did.

Coffee is made perfectly and donuts are moist and tasty! Highly recommend. Dunkins can be a hit or miss for me and this one is a hit! We drive 25 min to come here. Good job!

Today we went and a shorter girl with red hair in a bun took our order. She got it 100% right, she was kind and our coffees tasted great. Whoever this is, she needs a raise!!!

Always warm & if the right kind, also yummy & gooey. Love this place. Can't go wrong . No matter what kinda day, or whatever your feeling, Dunkin' has the correct doughnut for u. #sogooie&yummy. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and when I had an issue with a drink (not their fault) they made another one I liked better. Very kind too!

Just did drive thru. Always quick and efficient. Friendly. Also...they have 2 electric car charging stations. Very cool! And convenient.
