I've had a great experience with this company over the past year. Very happy with the products I've ordered from them, and their communication is awesome. There was a misunderstanding on my recent order, and I was mistakenly not charged for shipping. I offered to pay the shipping cost, but they insisted they would cover it. Ordered two cases of Double Wall Paper Cups for two different groups at my organization. One of the groups has an event coming up next week - but the lead time on the cups was set to deliver post-event due to busy season. Your Brand Cafe customer service understood our tight predicament and was able to push our order through and have it delivered way earlier than expected! Two weeks before our event! And they came in looking fabulous! Everyone thinks they are just so, so high quality and way better than our previous branding efforts: hand placing stickers on coffee sleeves. I loveeee (and will continue to work with) any company that helps me look good in front of our constituents! Thank you Your Brand Cafe!

I was finally ready to order a few cases of cups for a global sporting event when I contacted Your Brand Cafe about rush options. To my surprise, they absolutely can rush orders by the case and in our order, we needed multiple cases done and shipped pretty quickly. Brandis and the team really stepped up and helped make sure the order was processed promptly. I have now called the number on their website twice and have had no issues talking with an actual (really helpful and nice) human being that answered all my questions quickly! The City of Oxford, Ohio has been using YBC for cups for our DORA district as well as several special events we have hosted. Their products are excellent and well-priced, their approval process is clear, and we get our items quickly. But what impresses me most is the speed and thoroughness of their customer service. Anytime I've asked a question I get a very swift reply (from an actual human) and my question gets resolved with kindness. We'll be using YBC for a long time.

We couldn't be happier with our clear logo cups for iced drinks! Customer service was very helpful and patient with us in getting our logo just perfect. We also ordered strawless lids and dome lids that fit our 12 & 16 oz cups snuggly. We will definitely be ordering from YBC again. Thanks!!

This is the place you need to go for your branded needs. We are a small business, and can’t order tens of thousands of cups (yet :) ) The prices are great and the quality is unmatched. As a restaurant in Nashville, we learned that not all cups are built the same. With the prices as great as these, we were worried that the quality would be lower. We were wrong. They are so solid - and the full wrap design was not only amazing, but WORTH THE WAIT. Amanda in Customer Service is always helpful and the design team was professional and really nice to work with. Their prices are great and the product is great. We ordered for our large conference and I was pleased you can call them directly. The order process was easy.

We use the insulated hot cups, they perform well and look great. There are quite a few coffee shops in our little tourist town, but our Branded cup really stands out. We Love it!

I work for a college outside of San Francisco and we were looking to get custom coffee sleeves made for our annual 1-day giving event. We were planning a “Thanks-A-Latte” campaign with the thought that making a gift to the college is as easy as giving up two fancy lattes a month. So we decided to offer free coffee on-campus on our giving day and we wanted to get sleeves that matched our giving day branding.

After getting quotes from multiple vendors, both local, and across the US, I was beginning to think that getting branded coffee sleeves on our incredibly limited budget wasn’t going to become a reality. Then I found Your Brand Cafe (YBC). I reached out to their customer service rock star, Pat Yates, and explained to her what we wanted to do. She gave me a quote for twice the amount of sleeves the other vendors would make at more than half the cost, with artwork on both sides of the sleeves (the other vendors wanted to charge a lot more to put art on the “front” and “back” of the sleeves).

I ended up submitting the order later than expected as I we were delayed in getting the official artwork from our designers. Ashley in the art department got me a proof within a day, and after speaking with Pat via phone to see if there was any way to put a rush on the order as our event was coming up in just a few weeks, she managed to work out an amazing deal for us which included a rush order charge that still kept the total cost for our order at about half of what the other vendors wanted to charge and rush shipping as YBC is based in Georgia, and we are on the other coast in California.

Working with Pat was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had working with a vendor. I am so grateful for everything she helped us with, especially giving that our tight turnaround window was an issue on our end. Our “Thanks-A-Latte” booth was a great success and we broke our record for the amount of money raised in the short history of our giving day.

I cannot recommend YBC enough. The next time I work with them, I’ll be sure to get them our order well in advance!

We use Your Brand Cafe for our cups at our coffee shop and the customer service is outstanding! They are local and do custom branded cups! Would definitely recommend.

I own Beakers Coffee located in Spanish Fort, AL and I use YourBrand Cafe solely for my coffee paper and plastic products. We continue to receive compliment after compliment on cups, and for us brand recognition is priceless. YourBrand Cafe products are a huge reason for our immediate success! On the backend, the staff at YourBrand Cafe is exceptional; Pat Yates specifically - ask for her. I have found the prices to be very competitive as well.
