The druggist in your Beaufort office named Bob is not customer friendly. He gives my wife and I a very hard time when we have to deal with him. However the main druggist named Craig is so very pleasant and helpful. Bob needs some training in customer treatment. Signed Larry Becker

The store is perfectly fine. The problem is the pharmacy. One calls the day before to request a refill, It isn't ready the next day, we are told to wait 15 minutes for it to be ready, it isn't ready after 15 minutes. The pharmacy is woefully behind and understaffed.

I used CVS years ago, wasn't really happy with them so I moved to Express Care in Otway (loved them but walgreens bought them out and closed it 😡) I figured I'd give CVS another try............well some things never change. I will be moving yet again, they never have what we need in-stock and dont even call you to tell you. Very disappointed, why people still use them is beyond me 😞
