Best place to take you tractor trailer!!!!

I work with a lot of repair shops in my role as Fleet Administrator at a moving company. Stephen's was very fair and easy to deal with. They helped me work through my truck's issues expediently and with kindness. I highly recommend this shop.

I give this place a 5 star rating for sure. Phil and his wife are really nice people. I’ve taken my trucks there several times and have always had a good experience. I’ve sent multiple friends over there and they have been happy as well. If you’re looking for a good shop to take your truck for repairs i recommend you take your truck there.

I had my truck break down about a couple hours away from my destination, I looked around on the internet and came across stephens service shop. I called them up and Rob answered. He was extremely helpful. They were able to get me right in! The service was excellent and their prices are fair! Highly recommend!

Went in today for an oil change I normally do myself. In a 2 hour attempt, I tried removing a stripped bolt for the oil drain. I was not able to do it and called Phil in AM and by the PM, my problem was fixed. Ronna is one of the best humans I have spoke to in my life! She is great at taking care of you. The pricing is fair! I read some comments about their mechanics receiving benefits and charging FAIR prices. They do the work the correct way and that is worthy of the price. Small business, great employees. Highly recommend! This is a great small family business!

Stephens Service Shop Blessed Me This Week. We had a Truck Down in Fortworth for 3 Days, nobody would call us back, or show up for Mobile Service. I Finally Got Stephens Service Shops Number off Google and Gave them a Call. Mrs. Ronna and Mr. Tank were there for me from the time I made the Call, Until My Driver Made it Home Safely in Arkansas. We had an overheating issue, and they were able to get us right in, and discussed several options to get us back going. In 5 or 6 Hrs My Driver Was Back On The Road. I was updated Personally by Mrs. Ronna through the entire process. 2 Days Later I received a Phone Call again From Mrs. Ronna and she wanted to check in on us, just to make sure everything was going well. It warms my Heart to Know there are still Good Honest People in this Industry. From the Family at Red State Trucking, We Thank You for your Compassion and Service!!

The staff is top notch, by far the best experience I have had when dealing with a vehicle problems. Called on a Sunday they answered even though they were closed, meet with them Monday morning, progress report Monday evening and done Wednesday morning. Not a small job either. I will recommend them to everyone I know and suggest you give them a shot if you are reading this. The Vehicle I brought to them was a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Thank y’all for the fast work, great staff, great experience and honest pricing.

I park my semi very close to the shop. The owner is a real friendly man and is genuinely concerned about his customers. I don't know how many mechanics work here but the ones I have met are both knowledgeable and very courteous. Highly recommend Stephens Service Shop!

My driver was on side of the road with clutch out. Made a service call to this shop and they pulled their mechanic off a project to come get my guy back on the road. Prompt arrival and extremely fair on price. very kind & professional. Companies like these are gems!!
