First time here. Needed to replace a 24 volt bulb from a bus which is not a common item. But they had it and i thought the price was good.

Didnt have what i was looking for but it was for air line, not automotive so not their fault. They answered my question and were not rude about it. All that can be expected.

I need a part for my 04 Volvo S60 they had what I needed plus something else they didn't have in stock but got it for me within 2 hours since I live close to it it was not an inconvenience and they have the best oil filters on the market.

Today was the first time I've ever shopped for auto parts at Napa. I believe the product is a higher quality piece and the staff is more knowledgeable about the parts they sell compared to the majority of other parts stores in the area.

Ok. My bad. I did not know it was closed due to covid. If it was sign should have said so. Sorry . I understand if that was reason. But a sign saying the reason would have prevented this. I give back 5 stars.
