It was great i found a chief wahoo hoody and for who doesn't know thats the old Cleveland Indians mascot that should have ever been changed

I was there on Saturday Aug 13 around 7:00pm, I love this location always neat and clean and the employees are always so polite. I actually dropped my phone from my cart and either another customer or an employee gave me phone to the mgr and when I asked if it was found they retrieved my phone . I am so grateful to such a wonderful staff. You have wonderful staff and they should be commended for this. Fondly Christine W. A forever cusomer.

I LOVE THIS THRIFT STORE
So I left 5 stars, but I either slice my finger or rip my clothes every single time I tear two staples out of them. And I’m terrified of blood to blood contact etc, which im sure y’all aren’t bleeding on the staples but I personally know people with HIV and the anxiety I have after cutting myself accidentally with a staple from unknown people terrifies me. I’ll still be shopping of course but y’all just need one of those plastic tag things

I love the prices and selection at this store. (10 Mile and Kelly) Plus the 50% off coupons save you twice as much!! The only draw back is there are no dressing rooms. Hopefully one day they will install them!

Best Value World I've visited, their merchandise didn't look and smell like trash, also I noticed how the manager walked the floor making sure stuff was in place, neat, and wasn't a tripping hazard for customers. I will be going back to shop at this particular location. 10 Mile and Kelly Rd.

Very Covid responsible...they also have hand sanitizer when you're walking in and or leaving. Shields are at the counters...social distancing and mask are required. The customers themselves also social distance while shopping. Great experience with fast lines...may or may not depend on whose working at the time.

I love this place I don’t care what anyone said I’ve had no problem with the staff there! Everyone is pleasant and nice there!!!! And the hidden gems you find are amazing!! Best store ever!!! And the staff knows me I am a regular shopper!!!

this is my number one place to shop. I am on a budget and I find it a very good place to buy items that are very cheap and fashionable. they also have a name brand rack with items like Guess, Gucci, Prada and a lot of other name brands. Some of the items can be a bit pricey being the fact that the things are donated but all in all it's still a good place to find beautiful item and save. you can also find things like furniture, bedding, cookware, shoes, toys and much more.

Was looking for a quick cheap casual work outfit. Actually found plenty outfits and the price for one top and one pant was $3.50. Can't even tell that's all I paid either.

Thrift store that is not expensive, I enjoy shopping there it is one of my favorites, and I ALWAYS find something to buy. Also if you get on their email list, you receive coupons for 50% off everything!!!

Good prices here. Most of resale shops have raised their prices so much. Here they are reasonable. Good deals.
