Dont use Killians. They have lied and owe me 200.00 dollars. Came to see my washer that needed repairs. Stated it was the pump. Stated they had to order it overseas as no one made LG parts here in US. After giving a 200.00 down payment,big mistake... 2 months later still no pump. I asked for refund as i didn't want to wait any longer. 1 month later im still waiting for refund, my calls to Killian go unanswered... i used Gehkles in Woodstock who had part and came out right a way and fixed my washer. I feel cheated and hurt. I live in Harvard and wanted to use a business in my area. There was no need to be this way. They didn't want to work on my washer, they should of just said so. Tim Killian is the repair guy so if you see or talk to him tell him for me SHAME ON YOU!!!
