Everyone is helpful in the store and in the pharmacy. The cashiers are nice, and the store is clean and organized.

I am always up for saving money but I like the option of not having to get the generic drugs when they do not work as well. Other pharmacies do not always give this option.

Friendly evening staff

I personally have never had any issues with staff in store or pharmacy they have been nice and courteous.
Store is clean and organized pick up service is good and prompt.
Pharmacies accuracy with meds and refills have been satisfactory.Drive thru is ok sometimes slow but it more the customer maybe addressing issues that slows things down a bit not staff.
Hours have changed a few times but because of location I can understand closing early on weekends it's a small town not as many customers .During the week it only busy at peak hours between 3 and 5pm but they are open later.
What is a concern is complete close when there is no pharmacist available warnings are put on window but not everyone sees this so always call first or check online here ,look at hours it will say closed.
A pharmacy can not be open by law if a pharmacist is not present to authorize dispense of meds the distribution and sales.
This only happens when there is a shortage of pharmacist for the area or on a strike.
I rated a 4 star because sometimes human error happens but with communication and patience it can all get worked out and problem resolved. Remember staff are people and maybe they don't realize how they are acting don't take it personal if it is personal address it with manager.

FedEx drop off point. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Store is clean.

This Walgreens is a joke. The pharmacy is closed 8 times out of 10. They're slow and sometimes not very nice

Older pharmacy technician lady is always been rude and short with me and other customers. Can never ask questions without a rude response. Not my fault you hate your job

Worst customer service I have ever seen!! The only respectful employees in the pharmacy is the pharmacy manager and Angel but everyone else is only there for a paycheck and don't care about people!!!!

This Walgreens Pharmacy does not pick up their phone, instead they let it ring indefinitely (this has happened for over a month now). I have missed several medications after being promised something would be ready on a certain date, only to make the trek there and find out the order wasn't even put in. There have been some days where I showed up only to see a sign on the door saying they are closed for being short staffed.

I've probably dealt with something between 15-20 pharmacies in the last 10 years or so, and this is without question, the absolute worst and least reliable. The only redeeming quality is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, especially if you need important medication on a reliable and regular basis.

Worst pharmacy anywhere. Doctor's office calls in your prescription. They never have it or day they are still waiting on the Doctor's office. Talk to the actual pharmacist who finds the prescription and tells you you can pick up the next day. Go to pick it up and of course it isn't there. Oh, they are waiting on the Doctor's office. Happens every single time. Horrible pharmacy. If you can avoid it do. Even Walmart is better.

Let me start of my saying Scott is so rude I went in I wanted to put my phone number at check out and then he said “uh ok” then said “it’s not like your gonna redeem any points” I said it’s still adds up and he continues to say “uh ok, it’s just milk” like what does it bother you so much for me to add my phone number but yet he was sitting in the passport section on his phone! I’ve never had an issue with anyone there
