Priced a little high, but they have good sales every now and then. Sizing can run a little small definitely, just size up. I’ve always been greeted and had great customer service whenever I have gone in. I could be wrong, but I had a young girl help me and I believe her name was Julie, she was great.

Lovely clothing and jewelry and sweet employees! Recommend!

Weird kind of store. Good prices but the product quality just wasn't there for me. Had some pretty things.

Clothes are nice, but sizing is ridiculous, I am a s/m and the large on a few pieces didn’t fit. Costumer service was nothing special

Love the store, have been a frequent shopper of Francesca's for years but unfortunately it is stores like this one that make you never want to go there again and support the company. The employees and managers there are horrible. They don't greet you when you walk in, last time I was there I was the only person in the store and none of the three women working said hello or asked if I needed help..instead they shopped for themselves and talked about their weekend plans! Not only is it rude that they didn't seem to care to help..but they made me feel uncomfortable to be in there at all. I literally left without buying anything because of their horrible attitudes. It really is a shame that such a poorly run store is potentially pushing away shoppers.

I went in to shop for Christmas gifts and a few things for myself. I have had the pleasure of shopping in a few Francesca's prior. And at first I was really pleased with the attention to customer service but, it became really evident rather quickly, that they were going out of there way to monitor theft. I was beyond disappointed. The icing on the cake was the employee standing outside the dressing room curtain the entire time. I strongly recommend Francesca's but I'd go to the others in the area that make you feel like a valued customer and not a criminal. I'd rate this Francesca's a zero if I could.
