Very good store, very long wait.

A single cashier was absolutely trying his best after a customer came up with 2 carts worth of items, While I was waiting in the back.

Thank goodness for a manager or a co-worker that came and saved him, and took me and others in the line.

It took me about 45 minutes to checkout.

Might have to start scheduling to even buy stuff haha.

Still overall, a very worth store to buy items from, and I found a lot of discounts!

It was ok… not much selection and way smaller than the one in granite plaza!

Beautiful clean space but I was extremely disappointed upon arrival. I was excited to hear that Burlington was opening a new location in Braintree, MA. I decided to go check it out on their grand opening day. Sadly, you can tell that the execution was very unorganized. The staff was stressed out. They barely had any inventory. You think they would of been packed with a whole bunch of products for their first day but there were plenty of empty shelves. On top of that, there were several items that did not have price tags. I also heard that the first 100 customers on both grand opening day and Saturday would receive a $10 gift card but that was false. It was actually the first 50 customers on each day. Overall, it was a mess and was not a great experience. Hopefully, they can get it together soon.
