Cutest, locally owned bookstore. Literally a hidden gem. The owners/staff were so helpful, great prices, wonderful nostalgic vibe in store.

Wonderful place run by wonderful people! You should definitely stop in and visit them. Unfortunately, we do not live in the area but I am very glad we swung by and I will keep it on my list for if we come back through.

Everything is very well organized and you can find some real gems!

I love this place. It's like walking through a labyrinth maze of bookshelves filled with thousands of books. You have to come experience it for yourself to truly understand. The owner, Miss Sharon is definitely a gem and I enjoyed talking to her. There's nothing quite like these smaller mom and pop businesses that make you feel the meaning of community.

If you're a book junkie like me, then you'll love this place. There are so many titles and genres to choose from. The prices are fair, cheap! The owner is extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Worth visiting.

My favorite place in Walker. I could spend hours here and not want to leave. So many books of different genres to choose from and Mrs. Sharon is always ready to help if you need it. She is a very sweet lady!! LOVE IT!!!

This place has thousands of books! All books are sold at about half the cover price. They sell hardback and paperback books. They will even buy certain books from you for a fourth of the cover price. The shelves are not alphabetized or anything like that, so you have to look hard for a certain book but you can’t walk out empty handed there are just too many amazing choices! Kindest lady owns the place and shes beyond reasonable on her prices!

This place is truly a gem. If you haven't been, and you like books... hell even if you don't like books, it is worth your time to stop by this place and spend half an hour roaming around... I would be shocked if you can manage to break away in less time than that... I have never been in a place in which books are ubiquitous until I visited the book cellar. Whenever I get the chance to go I always feel like I am in a novel while I am there, like some adventurer searching for an ancient tomb in a timeless library (think Gandalf in Minas Tirith)... and to be honest, I usually find some treasure, although not always the one I went in search of.. I implore you to take a an hour and visit this beautiful work of art.

The last of a dying breed, at least anywhere near here. Great personal service, large and varried inventory, and affordable prices with an excellent trade in service as well. If you love used book stores, you really need to visit.

I've always loved going there ever since I was a kid. So many book options and I was able to send a fax.

This is the bookstore that fairy tales are made of! You walk into this little book cellar shop and it is floor to ceiling books! It's a complete escape from the real world and the owner is so completely helpful and can maneuver that shop with her eyes closed. VISIT. READ. LOVE.

Whether you want to search for old/rare books or just talk about cats with the owner, this place is a local gem you shouldn't miss.

Mrs. Sharon is a wonderful lady. Have known her for years. She has tons of books. Every variation imaginable. Really has helped while the libraries were closed for Covid.

Been going to this place since high school which was a long time ago. I love Mrs Sharon like family. Her prices are MORE than fair. Its a book lovers paradise.

I like this shop because they have every kind of book you'd want. Sure, they have romance books, but they also have a HUGE Western, Detective and Science Fiction section. That's jusy the tio of the iceberg. You have to see it to believe it.
