I switched to Verizon last night online, but was experiencing issues porting my number over and getting connected to the network. I went to this store and worked with David Jackson. He was fantastic, and was happy to spend a fair amount of time troubleshooting the issues i was having. I actually needed to stop back in later in the day for similar issues with my wife's phone - and again, fantastic service from David! Thanks again!

Wonderful , knowledgeable, Kind just straight up amazing service!!!! My situation was very complicated and confusing. Steve R at the Gibsonia store was amazing. He spent so much time with us and finished everything we needed and answered every question and trust me there were many ( and some I’m sure where ridiculous to an experienced tech person) but Steve never made us feel dumb 😂 he had excellency customer care and patience we would definitely recommend this store. I stoppped in to switch my services back over to Verizon. I was a little nervous because he has been a long time since I’ve switched phones. Josh was super cool. He answered all my questions and was super patient with me. He took the time to actually look up all the available promotions and upgrades that were on my line. I’m so glad he did cause other wise I would have not known I had a way better choice than the one I was making. I really appreciate it. It was a way easier experience that I was thinking it would be. Hank helped us tonight, and it was a phenomenal experience. Not only did this guy know his stuff, but he was extremely personable, professional, kind, patient, and offered the best customer service anyone could ask for. He is a shining star, and it was so refreshing to see someone care so much about his customers!!!

Josh was professional and courteous, even after a large family with small children came in. He acknowledged them and kept me feeling valued as a customer at the same time. I came in concerned about losing all my data on my outdated broken phone and left with a new discounted phone with all my data recovered! Josh is a great manager and his experience in customer service shows by how he managed a loud family, phones ringing, and needy customers and kept a professional and friendly demeanor.
