Brandon helped us and he was wonderful. He helped us pick the right plan the right phone and internet. Answered all our questions. 10/10 all around great service

So i spent about 2 hours today in T-Mobile due to a faulty phone. Chloe Burmood the Manager and staff were absolutely amazing. Chloe helped me with my every need to get me going back on my way and helped my anxiety go away do to a malfunctioning phone. She was so on top of helping me out and made me extremely happy. I would recommend the T-Mobile in Richfield to anyone any day anytime!!! Thanks again for the Awesome service and AMAZING PR. I am one Happy customer!!!!

I'm a Canuck that was in dire need of a US phone plan. After several stops at two other carriers, neither of which was able to make their system jive with my phone, I was super pleased to come across this branch. I hadn't been inside for 5 seconds and received a warm welcome, an offer to help, and in no time there was another associate waiting to step in and take the reins. 15 minutes flat and I was done and on my way heading South.
I'll be stopping again in this very branch to purchase my American phones and plans because I haven't met with that level of service before - kudos to the staff.
PS - 2 days later, and I just received a follow-up phone call to check to see if everything was working the way it should. Thanks, Chloe.

Went in there to get new phones and watches. My family had a horrible experience with Verizon. MeiLi was so helpful and amazing would definitely recommend going and seeing her.

We switched our family service from Verizon to T-mobile and could not be happier. We are saving so much money every month and the service is great. Ashlynne in the Richfield store is always so friendly, smart and helpful anytime we have went in. All the other employees at that store are great too.

Made a switch from Verizon to T Mobile, there customer service was super great, couldn’t have been more pleased, they have a great team. The atmosphere was to be noted, very knowledgeable, with a great leader. Feel great we made the switch.

Tige and Maritza provided great friendly service. We had a lot of questions that they answered with kindness and professionalism. We had a complicated lengthy situation, and they remained patient and ready to help in every way. We are so appreciative and satisfied.

The store employees are always nice and patient. They help you with things that verizon wont.We switched to T-Mobile because of Verizons attitude. We are always happy and comfortable going into T-Mobile!

Didn't make a purchase here, but had a chat with the sales representative and he was knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't come across as "sales-y" at all!
