Bought a car battery and they offered to install. I new it was corroded on the terminal so I figured they can have at it. She did awesome, above and beyond if you ask me. Definitely go back again!

I would like to express my extreme satisfaction for their great their customer service. When at first I believed I needed parts for front and rear brakes Jordon helped me order what I needed as well as installing a new car battery. I learned later from a mechanic I would not need to have my brakes replaced until spring. Later, I was very very pleased I could return them so I could avoid unnecessary interest on my credit card. Very helpful, saved alot of money by ordering thru them instead of Original Manufacturers Equipment. Kudos to Justin and Candy for taking the time to look up an extensive list of parts, order them and delivered the same day. I was able to save over a grand without leaving the house!

Advance Auto Parts in O'Reilly's are Lifesavers in New London for the fact bumper to bumper and automotive supply are closed when normal people get out of work but there is things you can't get at these stores such as 609 green loctite
