Starbucks

The line was out the door and these workers were so composed and efficient! The line went so fast. Everyone there works very hard and deserves a raise. They have a very good staff compared to other Starbucks I’ve been too. I’ve never gone to this Starbucks and had someone that looks miserable. They are always so friendly which is very important to me. I hate feeling unwelcomed when going to spend my money at any business. 10/10 for me. Thank you

The store manager Rob is amazing! Rob and the girls always make my day when I go in there. I get greeted with big welcoming smiles and positive attitudes! Oxford oaks Starbucks is the only Starbucks in the area that I will go to! Great job Rob on leading a great team!!

It is very misleading that this location advertises having a drive-thru when they do not. They are located in a strip mall with configuration that wouldn’t allow for a drive-thru. I’ve attempted to edit the location a few times to remove drive-thru but it’s not going through. @Starbucks - can you update this store location?

I typically orded ahead through the app when I go to this Starbucks, and every time my order has been accurate and ready in a timely fashion. Even though I'm only in briefly, the store is also always appears to be clean and well maintained.

This Starbucks has literally the best service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. I came to grab a drink and hang out to work for an hour or two and every employee is so cheery and kind and accommodating. I experienced this not just for my own order, but as I sit working, they have been over the top kind and accommodating to every request of every guest who has come in. All of the staff working currently are fairly young. Probably mid to late twenties and seem to have a good relationship with each other as well and solid communication. Not the least bit immature or distracted. Best vibes ever! Wish I lived near here.

The new manager is so incredibly sweet to all customers and from what I have seen, his partners also. My macchiato was delicious and the milk was amazing, I absolutely love how macchiatos are mostly milk with the layered espresso on top. They are amazing partners and people. Thank goodness for this amazing store!

This Starbucks is wonderful. They staff takes the time to learn their customers by name, and will often remember a customer's drink order with each visit. Everyone at this location is friendly and welcoming. The store is clean and cozy, making for a great place to relax and enjoy a beverage with friends/family. I look forward to my next visit.

The best Starbucks in the area...even when they are busy, they are pleasant. They quickly learn your name if you go in at any decent frequency. The drinks are consistent, the food is heated correctly. It's clean. No sticky tables. I skip the store with the drive through to come here because they are the best! They even greet my kids like regulars (maybe I should cut back on bringing my kids. lol)

I am in love with this Starbucks location. Not just one, but every employee is helpful and extremely polite! I love to try new drinks and they always have awesome tasteful suggestions. They remember me and my coworkers orders! There are too many names to list so thank you to the whole staff!! I highly recommend this Starbucks!

One of my favorite Starbucks to go to. Workers all seem to have a good attitude even when stressed and swamped with customers. Appreciate how well they treat everyone. Never had a problem with the flavor of my drinks either.

I love the morning crew at Starbucks on Oxford Valley Road. I come in every morning, am greeted warmly by name and they always remember my order. Special Kudos to Chris, Edi, Jasmine, Adam and Noah who are superstars and my fave crew members (although everyone is fabulous) Keep up the awesome work guys 💕

Is it just me or does your beloved Starbucks take FOREVERRRRR since covid? I understand, more procedures and cleaning, so I always wait patient but it doesn’t mean it’s not annoying as a busy mom knowing I’m going to have to carve 20min out of my day to get my Starbucks. So coming to this location was a breath of fresh air!

Very nice and spacious Starbucks. The people who work here are very friendly. This location also has two unisex restrooms. If you plan to work on laptops than this location has several power outlets from many tables.

Faith.. You sound like an extremely pretentious woman. If you go somewhere to get something for free, do everyone a favor for and just don't go. It is your choice to spend 5 dollars on a cappuccino, not theirs. Stop whining. I love this store. AND the management. They genuinely care for their people, and their employees. I don't know Jim, but he sounded like an angel for putting up with you. I bet you get a drink with 40 steps, and complain when it's not perfect...

The intolerance you have shows that you have never worked in the service industry. Your ignorance shows you do not respect them. Re-evaluate your stance on what "servers" owe you.. I can assure you, it is absolutely nothing.
