Dollar General

Very nice and personable cashiers. There are 3 of them ( night shift ) that I really enjoy seeing them when I go in. They always say hello, and never give me a hard time even though I do stop in maybe 1/2 before they close. I promise I'm a fast shopper...sorry. Anyway, besides the very nice workers, this store has everything from sheets to lamps to makeup and soap. They even have rugs and rolling clothing racks. If you need it, I'm sure they have it. I found everything I needed when I moved up here. I didn't have to drive all the way to lowes or Walmart which is like 1/2 hour away..

Surprised at all they had available in this store. It's the local shop in this area that have a mixture of things. There's food, convenience items, batteries, we managed to find a toaster and Epsom salts. Overall totally understand why these dollar generals are everywhere in this area. This area has Jim Thorpe as main attraction while other cities are around but more rural and these stores help with essentials aside from food stores.

Isn't always the most organized place as far as the items on the shelves go, but the people are SO NICE and SO AWESOME!! Also, it has a lot more than you'd think: basic groceries, ice cream... it's a nice and easy zip in, zip out store if you need (e.g.) eggs or milk.

Always my go to instead of the "BIG" stores & crowds & lines. Perfect for a quick in & out for anything I need. Pretty happy with their plus size selection in clothing. Cute up to date styles, affordable prices, and actually my size in stock.

I was drive a class 2 🚚 truck. Load with materials and the bungy cords that I had was dry rotted. Needed New cords. Dollar General didn't have any but they had 2ply rope and rope cutter. The sales attendants were so, so very helpful. Just an awesome experience. Keep up the 👍 good works.

I'm particial to this store. Lisa always goes the extra mile. She assisted me with a purchase that put me in good standing with my wife. Otherwise, great selection, store always clean, and never a long wait.

Yes,this store is typically over crowded,a little disorganized and slow/low staffed. But for someone who lives out this way. I go for convenience. Being most things are minimally 20 mins out. I'll take the good with the bad. You have 1 in every crowd that will make or break your experience and I have had both in this store.

Always a bargain to be had. People were doing the right thing; wearing masks, social distancing, etc. Even though there was a line, it moved fairly quick. Amazing the stuff you didn't know you needed, but at the prices who can resist?

Dollar General is one of my favorite chain stores. Great prices and they have almost everything! Some basic smartphones are even sold there. It's almost like a mini Walmart, except cheaper and easier to navigate.

Nice selection. Friendly staff. They have EVERYTHING. I'm glad i drive here versus the supermarket 8 miles away. The weather was terrible and this location was a true gem.

In addition to what you'd expect to find in the store, this location has everything from bags of ice to propane to a Redbox movie rental. Great place to grab everything you need for an outing and/or basic groceries.

Lots of goodies and needs. They even had a great assortment of dried herbs for a dollar that were tastey. Even a Starbucks Frappuccino! Cashiers friendly.

They have the best prices for grabbing snacks before heading to the cabin. The check out lady was very cheery for 9:45 at night

Great place to shop for needs in a hurry at a Super price. Friendly employees always ready to help. Open to 10 o'clock for your last minute needs.

This store seems to have anything you would ever need. This is such a great store to have near. Very well stocked.

Love this dollar general, they always have everything i'm looking for. The manager Bernice is very friendly and goes out of her way to help customers.
