Bought a new Galaxy S23 in Kingston and after two attempts, over two days, they couldn't get my data transfer to complete. I went to the Catskill AT&T where Dorothy and Kane were able to get it all straightened out. Fantastic, knowledgeable and super friendly. My new best friends for all phone concerns going forward.

Went to the AT&T store and the staff was very helpful. They were dealing with many customers and took time to make sure I was being addressed. There were several customers in the store and one of them was being rude and threatening to cancel service unless they stopped what they were doing and fixed his phone. I can't imagine what they deal with on a daily basis. Thanks again for your help!

Dorothy helped me pick out a new iPhone 14 and make the switch from Verizon. I would recommend working with her if you are considering making the switch

Had a great experience in this AT&T, couldn't believe how fast and easy it was! I've had stops in the past that took forever, but the staff greeted me right as I came in, processed both of my upgrades quickly, and helped us move all my infortmation to our new Samsungs! Really glad i was recommended this location by a family member, they definitely have a long time customer.

Store neat and clean. Staff was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. Made getting new phones a breeze. Even gave me a break on all my accessories. Will definitely return.
