Bay Ace Hardware

The employees were extremely helpful and knew not only what I would need for my project but also the exact spot it in the store to find it. The store has a lot of very nice and hard to find items ready and on the shelf. I highly recommend going to this store if you are in driving distance instead of going to one of the big box stores.

Angelica was amazing when shopping today! She walked to me to each item i needed since i am not tool savvy. She was very intuitive when it came to plumbing supplies. Im so glad she was there to help me today. Bless this woman and to anyone looking for a great place to purchase anything home related. Go shop there.

I went to Ace this morning to try and find a nice paint color for my bedroom. The ladies there were WONDERFULL! Talk about customer service! The nice lady at the paint counter was ready and willing to help me with anything I needed! Then when I was ready to check out, I couldn't have been met by a more pleasant person. Another favorite. They're recommendations aren't always the best but this lady can point you where you need to be immediately and it saves time. And this older female cashier is 1 of a kind

Always staffed by the most courteous and helpful people! For a small store they usually have everything I need to save me a trip to the big stores like lowes or home depot.

You get what you pay for. A few things might cost you a few more pennies however the personal customer.servixe that you get is well worth it. The staff is awesome and always willing to help!!

Easy way to avoid a trip to Lowes for most items you would need. If you call in advance, they are very helpful on letting you know what they have in stock. Also they load things like topsoil into your vehicle for you unlike Lowes and have a little selection of rental equipment.. I rented a wet tile cutter once that worked fine.

Visit often, employees very willing to assist you, if one can't, they actually call other employees to check for another option. They don't have everything but what store does. They carry fast move items, plumbing, electrical, gardening and much more.
They have seasonal specials, and help you save a couple bucks now an then. I've left empty handed before but sometimes I'm picky.

I go to Bay Ace Hardware when ever I need just about anything. I get my ropes, plumbing supplies, or tools. I ❤ the store. I guess y'all can call Ace my go/to place. Even outdoor stuff, etc.

Best local hardware store

This is a great hardware store, in the tradition of hardware stores back before the big box stores were around. It seems like there is almost nothing they don't have, even though it's not a very big place. You won't find 37 kitchen sinks, or 35 toilets, or carpet, but if you need parts for your mower, plumbing supplies, odd nuts and bolts, or bird seed, they'll probably have what you need. For all those odd jobs around the house, this is your place.

Always helpful staff, greets me whenever I walk in. That sets the tone for the whole experience here. I have bought hardware, paint, rented tables, chairs, and a moon bounce several times, and each time, everyone was courteous and friendly. I look forward to an excuse to stop in and shop when I have a project.

They have everything. I wanted a bird bath. They did not have one, Ryan order me one and i got it in 4 days. Ace is great i will shop there alot from now on.
