Wawa

I ordered a whole pizza online today at around 5:30pm on 2/2/2024 and when I got there around 5:35 it was not a whole pizza. Wawa website must not have updated and so instead of two whole pizzas it was two personal pizzas. I explained to the employee this is not what online said it said two 14inch pizzas. The manager , Dalton, came over and was amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever had such good customer service before ANYWHERE. I swear to god I’m so impressed with him that I felt obligated to leave a review. The security guard there at the time was so amazing and helpful as well. Another employee , a young man with light hair in a low ponytail was also amazing. But Dalton, dalton was hands the most personable and kind employee I’ve ever dealt with!!! Thank you dalton!!!!

Thank you General Manager for making a situation where an employee was rude. You made me feel much better. Your gift card offering at the states best store is appreciated. Thank you kind Sir.
Ps- Be sure to say hi 👋 to Tom, one of WaWa’s best employees. A real nice guy.

I go to get 2 cup for ice and the cashier said I have to pay 2.29 per cup I normally bring my own cup but traveling I for got it at home

If you haven't heard of Wawa, I can guarantee you are not from Northeast region of the United States. Wawa has fast and fresh ready made, togo foods that you can grab & go, or you can order sandwiches, soups, a variety of appetizers that won't leave youjh my hungry or disappointed, and the prices won't chop your wallet in half. My favorite items from Wawa, is the great tasting coffee, cheese croissant, chocolate croissant and also "The Rainbow Cake", it's not everyone's cup of tea. It's an acquired taste... Discovered this rainbow goodness when I was a young boy in Brooklyn.

This store is one of the best in the WAWA chain. Plenty of counters, food ordering stations, pick up points, excellent drink selections and plenty of room for them. The bathrooms are clean and the cigarette and tobacco sales counter is separate and out of the way. The parking area sucks though. Very poorly designed and unhandy to get in and out of. You take your life in your hands getting out of parking spots

Good job here, especially given how busy it is.

This is one of the dirtiest Wawas that I have ever stepped foot in.

What great employees. I was traveling from up north and stopped in this WaWa and my car battery died. I was having a horrible night and was exhausted. Hippy who works here, saw I was stressed and went above and beyond to give the best costumer service. He provided me somewhere to sit while my phone and jumppack could charge and brought me a complimentary cup of coffee to warm me up. Not many people want to jump someone's battery at 3:30am !? He did everything he could to make sure I was safe,warm and asked one of his regulars to jump me. What unbelievable customer service! 😊you just don't see that anymore! I'm from south FL and I have heard WaWas are coming to our area and I couldn't be more thrilled after the experience I had! I hope the company really appreciates there employees, especially one like Hippy! Just a joy! Totally made my awful night into a positive experience! He needs a raise ,what a leader in a world to full with followers....

Good friendly service with smiles at this store. Quick and clean newly built store BUT getting in and out this location is definitely time consuming so be patient haha and lay off that horn you'll get out of this crazy Delaware designed parking lot(s) in time.
