I recently had the pleasure of interacting with an outstanding employee, Rob, in the floor department at Home Depot Sterling Heights, MI. I wanted to take a moment to share my fantastic experience.

From the moment I approached the department, Rob's knowledge and professionalism were immediately apparent. Every single employee there said hi good morning. How are you asking good day need any help? They were also smiling and so polite.
My buddy was walking with me, and he started saying how sick he was getting how polite everyone was.🤣🤣🤣

When you have to do a home project and need a custom paint color, this is the place to go. The staff in the paint center are very helpful and spend time helping each person. They even remembered us when we came in and walked by a few days later. Great customer service!!

We purchased a dishwasher from Linda. She knew about the products she was selling and very helpful. Linda was the first nice person in this Home Depot that was kind and helpful . We have never had a good experience here. Linda was professional and knew her job! Thank you, Linda so much.

This Home Depot is breaking the mold for Home Depot stores! The customer service was beyond rediculous! We got approached constantly while there by employees looking to help?!? Who does that anymore?? Everywhere else, they seem to celebrate employees just showing up, but here they take customer service to an extreme. It started when an employee saw me juggling some heavy items. I wasnt able to find a flat bed, so she went searching for one! I didnt even ask, but appreciated it! Then the kid (Anthony) saw me struggling to load it onto the cart, didnt even ask, just jumped in and started helping me lift it! Then get this, he watched for us to finish checking out, while helping someone else, and RAN over to help us load it into the car!!! Not sure if you guys are hiring suoer heroes, but they are all definitely the best I have ever seen at ANY Home Improvement store! We now drive past 3-4 Home Depots to get to this one!

They seem to have everything including rentals and everyone who works there is very eager to help you find anything.

Worked here as a wee lass and will always remember the many lessons I learned in its hallowed halls.

Home Depot is near me, and always has the home goods I need. The products are high quality and the employees are very helpful and kind

My favorite place to visit when need things for the house.. But begging for you to get a hot dog stand back like other's are doing!!!

Looked up a few parts on the website, then went to the store. Everything was on hand, and where the website said it would be. Couldn't be easier. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly too!

I bought a refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered in May. Well after being rescheduled for delivery 5 times and next one was scheduled for December 3rd I went to cancel my order. Terry in appliances waited on us for refund. She was great. With the system they have to refund she had to go thru a lot of steps. She was very nice and patient. The Manager Rachel got involved to expedite the process because there was only so much Terry could do. Rachel gave us our refund back. Both women should be commended. Thank you. Went to Sargent appliance and they had a refrigerator I needed in stock. Delivery was set up right away. The 5 stars go to Rachel and Terry.

Love that they have guys loading mulch! One even took the time to go inside and load bags of rocks for me and load them into my car. i offered a tip, but he declined. The service has been wonderful this past week!

The customer service at this store was fantastic! The rental of a truck, the suggestions, the assistance in lawn and garden, the help loading and return were outstanding. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Brent in lumber was extraordinary, as was Karla the cashier was fantastic.

This location of Home Depot is outstanding. The workers are always helpful to me whenever I need help. Also at this location they are always consistently asking people if they need help and also are always telling people if you need help just let me know. They make you feel like you are important by treating the customer with respect and decency. They have workers all over the store so the customers can be taken care of when they need help. Finally I have never had a bad experience here and have always left with what I have needed and have always been happy.

I've been in here a lot recently as a new homeowner. Great service and assistance from the staff every time I am in. My one critique would be that the online order pickup process could be a little more efficient. This isn't a fault of the employees working the service desk, it just appears to be a lack of adequately staffing the service desk during peak hours. Still, 5/5 experience!

Nice store, Employees are very helpful. Love the garden center when it's open. Not sure about the new lay out of the registers. Thou they are nice looking you cash yourself out most of the time. 1 person for 4 registers if you need assistance or would like someone to cash you out. (reason I say this it means jobs cut. Other than that it is very nice)
