Robert was the employee that assisted me with getting a new phone. He explained all of the promos I was eligible for and was very knowledgeable of everything. He’s very easy to talk to and answered all of the questions I had! I highly recommend seeing him for your cellphone needs!

Robert the manager is amazing. He helps with all your cell phone needs. He takes the time to find the best deals, explains all the charges and is wonderful at helping you learn your new device! I would highly recommend visiting him with anything cell phone related.

Stopped into the Verizon store Blairsville to get a new phone. I really didn't want to give up on my Samsung Note 10, I absolutely loved the phone but 4G is becoming obsolete and it is starting to show. How do we become so attached to a piece of technology? I was feeling depressed. The feeling took me back to my first flip phone; weren't we cool? Turning in my purple beeper for a genuine flip phone was life altering. I digress.

Hayden the trusty phone therapist came to the rescue and talked me down off my ledge of grief. He educated me not only on Verizon and my plan vs a new plan, he also pointed me in the right direction on a phone that was comparable yet an upgrade to my Note 10. Hayden provided excellent customer service and he is extremely knowledgeable. He ensured that everything was transferred from my old phone to my new phone. Robert, another Verizon representative jumped in and assisted to set my phone up with a screen protector. What a great TEAM!
Leaving the store, I felt better about my decision to trade in my loved note and couldn't wait to try out this new phone camera on my holiday vacation.
Let's finish this review by saying that Hayden the trusty phone therapist was absolutely right...this transition to the new S23 Ultra has been absolutely seemless and several steps up in technology. I'm a happy customer! Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
