Cute little restaurant! Excellent food. Pizza is AMAZING! They make their dough fresh daily in-house! This is a Primavera pizza with roasted broccoli, tomatoes, and asiago peppers. Absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! If you haven't tried Carmines you must. You won't be sorry. Oh, and I would absolutely get the lasagna dip for an appetizer!!! It is delicious!

From the moment We arrived we were greeted by the Hilarious Christopher, who is sure to make you smile, Followed by Our server Gabby who let me just tell You, has a Heart of Gold Like Few You’ll ever meet, she’s got a love of Her family, and the people she serves, There’s really a commonality there between all of the people I’ve had the great pleasure of meeting, Including Carmen, The gentle giant who has a Heart of gold combined with a Love of those He serves,
as a well recognized Chef, I can tell you one thing, He’s got talent to spare!

Their unspoken family secret besides their knockout original recipes is their willingness to do what others won’t when it comes to continually trying to improve, share, and create which is something A business as popular and competitively ranked as the top taste in all of Latrobe could just as easily coast on their successes, But no, not this family, They’re Far better and More caring than that, Honestly, I could spend all Afternoon Recalling one thing after the other after the other that I Loved about this Fine Restaurant and The Family who Runs it, But It would only keep You from getting in there sooner, so, Before I talk about the food, I just wanted to say This family is of the Most Generously kind, Genuinely Good Hearted, Down to Earth families you could ever be proud to support and give your business to, Because their talent, kindhearted efforts, warm welcome, and quality time they’ll spend with anyone to treat you like a part of this incredible family, is an unparalleled gift that No other restaurant I’ve been has felt as warm, genuine, or effortless

One last thing, The Food!
From the moment My Nose carried me in the door like one of those old cartoons that shows a Hungry patron being led by their nose in from the outside, I could see A full house of Happy, Smiling Carmine’s fans, Full plates, generous portions, And Low prices written on their special boards and menus, each plate that passed me looked one step better than the last, I stopped to photograph it all so I could remember what I wanted to try in my future visits and social media reviews I want to share with my fans!, I encourage you to do the same!
The Salad Dressing is a local favorite, I had to try it and Picked up several bottles to take home with me, Their Side salad is the best around with an assortment of Fresh, crisp Veggies, The Calzones are unbelievable with Gossamer thin crust, stuffed with delicious ingredients and Full of flavor, The Big Ragu sandwich was, as two people at Our table Agreed “The Best Sandwich We’ve ever had” the Chicken parm should be called “Chicken Parm to Feed an Arm-y!!!!” It’s huge, And their famous “Pittsburgh Style Pizza” was the single best pizza I’ve ever had that was loaded with Sausage and pepperoni I loved it all and won’t forget each moment with this Beautifully kind Family, or the memory of their Family Recipes that will remain with me as they’ve set the bar for what Italian Food “Should Be”

Great little family place. We went for dinner; every table was packed and there were a few heads at the bar. Split the fish special and a cheese pizza. We've always gotten take out, especially the Big Ragu sub, which is also amazing. I believe it was the owners' Dad that came out and stopped at EVERY table to interact with the customers. Great personal touch

I found this place last year. I have never eaten at a place better than this. Had pizza, which is great, had three different ones, and subs are better than anywhere I have been. Last night, I had chicken Alfredo. It was excellent. It's the best Italian restaurant I have ever been in.

First time stoping into Carmine's and was not disappointed. Pizza was delicious and had perfect pepperoni distribution. The sauce was for sure homemade and very flavorful. Portions are on point and you're 100% getting your money's worth.

Food is delicious and large portions. Our first time there and definitely will go back.
Now the second time here, I ordered à white pizza and wasn't dissapointed,

We really enjoyed our first visit here today! Clearly a spot where regulars come and we could see why. The food was delicious and quite affordable even as food prices rise. It has a quaint classic NY/NJ pizza place vibe on the interior. We got the carmine style wings which were crispy and delicious. The pizza slices has a nice crispy crust and a slightly sweet sauce, which I love. Half a star off because the salad dressings come in a packet. A homemade ranch and Italian dressing would put this place over the top. Overall though, we really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back!

Pizza is amazing! Service is amazing. Wings have need alot of work to be as good as the menu claims. Tasted like either oil needed changed or where cooked to hot to fast. Sauce was lacking taste. But the amazing pizza and customer service makes up for that. Building is older and bathroom door is about 5 ft high, so if your like me and 6'3 you might find it hard to get in..but not deducting points for that!

White Pizza in the picture is the best pizza we have ever had. Everyone in our party of 6 agrees. Salads are huge and can feed two people! Who doesn't love fresh cut french fries!?
Definitely a place to dine and enjoy a glass of wine. Hey guys they have TVs for sports and beer! Though I didn't have room for dessert, they have a great variety. Can't wait to try.

I am a doordash driver who frequently visits the establishment and also a customer who orders food for myself. This is the ONLY restaurant in town that I would genuinely give a true 5 star rating to. The staff are all wonderful and very friendly, and my orders are always ready to go when I get there. The food is delicious and the pizzas are MASSIVE! As a doordash driver my income can depend on how quickly a restaurant gets the order ready so I can get it to the customer in a timely fashion. This is the only place in town that I have never had to wait at. Truly top notch service and food from top to bottom and I am grateful for their existence!

Excellent food and service!!! Had the lasagna dip for appetizer and it’s was wonderful, chicken parm sub and big ragu sub were A+++ also. Waitress was friendly and they were quick to get our food or refills. Will definitely be back, HIGHLY RECOMMEND oh and price was very reasonable

Went here for dinner , I wanted to try their pizza . The pizza was phenomenal !! I had a salad too, with their homade Italian dressing. The dressing was so good the wife and I bought a bottle to have at home. I can't say enough about Carmine's.

First time visiting and everything was delicious. I highly recommend the lasagna dip it really should come in a bigger bowl. White pizza has always been my favorite and it did not disappoint. Family owned and operated, it's a cozy relaxed atmosphere. Great place to go on a date or with the family. Can't wait to go back on the weekend to try the lasagna.

What an amazing experience! I got the fried cheese as an appetizer and it was delicious. Also got a pizza with capicola and sausage on it. For my money, it’s the best pizza in the area. The sauce is the perfect amount of sweet and the meat was great. Also, the staff was amazingly nice and personable. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area.

Simply put....Carmines is the best thing to ever happen to Latrobe! Awesome food, great customer service, great atmosphere in the restaurant. The Cavetti pasta dish is awesome. The house salad with the house made dressing is spectacular. Make sure you eat at Carmines on your next stop in Latrobe

First time trying Carmine's...excellent pizza! Friendly staff and the owner is involved and checked on every customer. Anxious to return to try some of the other delicious dishes that were coming out of the kitchen! Definitely will return.

Fantastic pizza! Was glad to see fresh mushrooms instead of canned. Was quoted 25 minutes for the order when we called in for takeout, and was spot on when we went to pick it up! Will gladly order again!

Had a cold beer while waiting for my pizza to go..both were delicious. Nice overall environment! Can't wait to eat in one day and try some of the other dishes!👍

The food is great and the owners are wonderful people, husband and wife, 2 sons and a daughter. I tried several delicious appetizers, pasta and pizza there. Their gnocchi with a creamy tomato sauce is out of this world. I love their broccoli appetizer, their house salad is huge and their pizzas and hoagies are so good.
The owners are very nice, sweet, kind, friendly and they make you feel like family there. I highly recommend Carmine's Pizza and Pasta.
