I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it!!! I purchased very valuable and fragile items from an auction house and they picked them up for me and packaged/shipped them to me. They kept me up to date during the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure I received my items safely and without any damage. All of my items were expertly packed…the best that I have ever received!!! I will definitely be using this store for all my packaging/shipping needs from now on!!!

I come here almost every day to drop off packages for my business. The staff here is always been so kind. Special shoutout to Stephanie and Tryron for always being so accommodating and making my experience seamless.

I love this UPS store. Stephanie is amazing and takes great care of her customers. She is helpful, polite and knowledgeable. She also really gets to know her customers.

Great staff, quality service. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was helped by Tyrone and a very chill woman whose name escapes me. While I waited, the lady was very patient and kind to a person who tried to just hand her an item unboxed to ship LOL. I would definitely use this store again and recommend it to my friends.

This is the best, most competent UPS Store in the area. I love the professionalism and helpfulness in the store. Parking is great. I drive here from Princeton rather than going to that store on Nassau Street which is a 15 minutes drive closer to my house. They're also really helpful at saving you money. Keep up the good work!

Excellent customer service. My items were packaged incredibly. Everything in individual plastic bags, bubble wrap and then more bubble wrap. Got my items in less then 48 hrs, it came from NJ and I'm in NY. You can't go wrong with this store!

We used this ups store to package items from an auction house. Great communication with Stephanie and Tyrone. Items were packed beautifully. Will definitely be using them again.

My local store for notary. The service is normally good. This week was better despite them being busier than usual. I needed my document scanned and sent, it didn't work the first time (bad handwriting), resent. Very polite and customer focused - impressed by Kamren.

Came in last minute and had a bit of a misunderstanding about a package. Thankfully, Russi was patient and helped me get it handled. I appreciate the great attitude and the ability to be calm in a difficult situation. This is why I continue to use the UPS Store.

Genuinely do not understand all of the hate towards this location. I ship frequently from this store as it is closer to me than the post office and Fedex. Never had a bad experience. Sometimes the associates are conversational and sometimes they are terse, but that is because they are working, not because they are rude. Most of the time when there is delay it is because the customer came unprepared and doesn't know what they are doing, not because of the store, on the contrary the associate are always super helpful and understanding. I would take negative reviews on this UPS store with a grain of salt. It is always a pleasure to do business here.

Staff is really good. They always help everyone who are in need of shipping packing. I haven’t seen such employees who take good care of each and every customers. Kudos to this UPS store

This store is convenient to my home and I use it periodically. I appreciate them being there for FREE drop-offs, otherwise I would have to travel to a more distant location or PAY UPS for a pick-up. Each time I have visited the staff was friendly, helpful, and cheerful.

I felt compelled to write my review after I read some negative reviews which primarily deal with being charged for services. This store provides their services for a fee which is how businesses make a profit. They have monthly overhead for the location and equipment in order to be there for customer's CONVENIENCE.

I believe some of the negative reviews were written by people who simply don't want to pay for services and products. Can you purchase the services and products they provide elsewhere for less? Perhaps, but that takes time, and when it comes to business, time is money. Thanks again for being conveniently located by me!

Very professional set up and the staff goes out of the way to help customers, are patient with us. They gave me options and suggested ways to save money which other UPS did not.

The Rt 1 North Brunswick location made me spend $28 for a greeting card to be shipped within NJ !!!!

Where the store managers Lysa and Thomas were courteous and suggested that i use the USPS post office for sending holiday greeting !!!

This is truly how customers should be treated! Excellent !!!

What really touched me was they are offering special rates to first responders, front line workers in this pandemic which is very commendable.

The owner Chide and his friendly team is always ready to help from packaging to the shipping. I have been going to this store for almost last 2 years and my experience is always positive. The store is clean, well layout with all modern equipment. It is very friendly and cheerful. The staff helps customers beyond the call of duty. I strongly urge other customers to get the first hand experience.

I’ve been there multiple times and always greeted by Stephanie. She really makes me feel very special. I even hear the way she speaks to other customers and always the sweetest!

My favorite UPS store! Everyone is very accommodating at this business. Yes, they are busy but that is a good thing!!!! Go at the right time & you never have to wait. Great place!!!!

I had to drop off a really big return package couple days ago. The staff works at the store offered to help me get the package out of my car in the parking lot and moved it into the store. He also helped to tape the big package. Luckily I brought my own packing tape, so there was no charge. The young staff who helped me was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. I asked for his name to write an online review - his name is Kamren.

4/18 UPDATE: The package which had disappeared have been delivered to destination. I stand corrected -- looks like UPS picked up from the store and messed up somewhere in transit and online tracking did not update since I dropped off at the store. I've changed to my review to 5 star as store efficiently collected my package and provided a receipt as expected.

I dropped off a prelabeled 50 lbs package at the Kendall Park UPS store last week to send it to Floram Park, NJ -- which is ~20 miles......only to find out today package is LOST!!!!! On seeing the tracking -- it says package dropped off. It looks like UPS store lost my package in the store itself and never made it to the UPS pick up truck!!!! This is outright ridiculous and BAD! I'll NEVER go that UPS store again!

I'll openly admit that, based on the previous reviews, the only reason I'd taken a chance here was because it was so close to our home. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and how quick the store was with two separate same-day orders: one for printing & complex cuts of a 70-page PDF, and one for laminating several pages. Everything worked out perfectly and they were even able to offer a AAA discount. Very impressed and happy with the customer service I received!

Thank you Tyrone for helping me find a packing and shipping solution, especially after another ups location turned me away. I’ll go out of my way to go to this ups from now on.
